Dear, Sir
We always appreciate your kind cooperations on our FCC applications.
According to your requests, I revised the files.
FCC ID: S3FAP-200
1) Please submit the probe calibration report for the probe used during the 6/9/05 SAR tests.
====> Please find the attached file. (filename : ATT. R (PROBE CAL. DATA))
2) With respect to my previous question #5 (cdma2000), please address each point in the document sent with the previous email (and attached
here for your convenience) entitled CDMA-2000 SAR Testing Guidance List.doc. Regarding point #3 in this list, you may perform power meter
measurements and provide the information in a table similar to the one attached (CDMA-2000 RC Output Power Table.doc. Please note that the
values shown in the attached table are for reference only. The table does not have to be exactly like the attached, but should provide all of the
requested information).
====> The choice of Radio Configuration and Service Option tested for SAR compliance was based upon
power measurements
of all available combinations. The worst case combination was chosen.
Please find the attached file. (filename : CDMA-2000 RC Outpower Table.doc)
If you have questions or comments on this application, please do not hesitate to conatct us.
Thanks and Best Regards,
Keun- Ho Park - HCT

Subject: Request for additional information
In regards to your recent TCB application referenced above, we kindly request that you provide the following additional
information.
1. At the recent FCC/TCBC Training Workshop (May 2005), the FCC instituted new requirements with respect to SAR testing
for phones that employ the cdma2000 chipset. Any device utilizing cdma2000 must address if and how the various
combinations of Radio Configurations, Service Options, data rates, channel combinations and modulations affect the
output power level, and, in turn, the measured SAR levels. Please see the attached documents.
The document entitled CDMA-2000 SAR Testing Guidance.docis from the FCC, and, while still in draft form, outlines
the FCCs concerns. The second attachment, entitled CDMA-2000 SAR Testing Guidance List.docis PCTESTs attempt
to make the FCCs document more understandable. Please address the issues in the Listdocument. The various
combinations listed above must be examined (e.g., through the use of power meter measurements) in order to determine
which produces the highest level of sustained output power, and determines the combination that must be used for SAR

testing.
If your investigations show that a particular combination, that was not used for your SAR measurements, produces the
highest sustained output power, then you must remeasure SAR using that combination, and submit new data. Please also
submit the results of your investigation of the various combinations, as well as a table describing all of these combinations
in which the EUT is capable of operating. Please contact PCTEST, or the FCC directly, with any questions.
====> We've retested and revised theSAR Test report, plot and System Verifications data added measurement.
Please find the attached test plot.
(filename: ATT. N (SAR REPORT)-new / ATT. O (SAR TEST DATA)-new / ATT. Q (DIPOLE VALIDATION PLOTS)-new)
The items indicated above must be submitted before processing can continue on the above referenced application. Failure to
provide the requested information within 60 days of the original e-mail date may result in application dismissal and forfeiture of
the filing fees.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Sincerely,
