This thermometer is calibrated at the time of manufactured, if the thermometer is use according to the instruction, periodic recalibration  is  not  required.  Do  not  scratch  the  probe,  or  may  cause inaccuracy.3. This thermometer is intended for household and clinic use.4. Remove the batteries if the thermometer is not going to be used for long period time.5. This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonable protection against  harmful  interference  in  a  residential  installation.
