AEG Co-operative Gift Voucher Offer, 31/07/2015 – 31/08/2015 Terms & Conditions
Promoter: The Co-operative Electrical, which is the trading name of Co-operatives E-store Limited, a
registered society registered in England and Wales under the Co-operative and Community Benefit
Societies Act 2014 with registered number 29166R and its registered office at 1 Angel Square,
Manchester, M60 0AG.
1. To redeem this offer, a customer must place an order with The Co-operative Electrical for one of the
qualifying AEG appliances between 00:01 on 31st July 2015 and 23:59 on 31st August 2015.
2. The order must be placed over the telephone on 0800 28 00 111* or on The Co-operative Electrical
website at www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk. This offer does not apply to orders placed in store.
3. All orders placed will be subject to The Co-operative Electrical terms and conditions of trade, which
can be found at www.coopelectricalshop.co.uk/eStore/Content/Terms-and-Conditions, and will be
subject to availability. Details of the qualifying AEG appliances stocked by The Co-operative Electrical
can be found in the table below.
4. Eligible orders will receive National Co-operative Gift Vouchers relevant to the product that they have
bought, please see table below for confirmation (the “Vouchers”). The Vouchers will be posted to the
member’s billing address provided at the time of placing their order within 60 days of the order date.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incomplete or incorrect postal address provided or for
any additional costs incurred for re-postage.
5. The Vouchers must be accepted as offered. No cash alternative is available. The Vouchers cannot be
transferred, sold or exchanged. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the Vouchers for an
alternative offer of equal or greater value.
6. Redemption of the Vouchers will be subject to the terms and conditions printed thereon. The Vouchers
have no expiry date. The Promoter is not responsible for any Vouchers that are lost, stolen or unused.
7. The Promoter will not be liable for system failures, network errors, errors or unavailability on its
website, hacks on the system or personal computer/mobile device issues of any kind.
8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify from this offer any member suspected of fraud, cheating
or otherwise acting dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter.
9. The Promoter reserves the right at its absolute discretion to cancel this offer in whole or in part without
prior notice in the event of circumstances that make it necessary to do so.
10. The Promoter’s decision is final in every situation (including any not covered by these terms and
conditions) and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Revised terms and
conditions shall be available on the Promoter’s website.
12. This offer and the terms and conditions of it are governed by and shall be construed in accordance
with the law of England and Wales.
