FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION INTERFERENCE 
STATEMENT 
This equipment has been tested and found to comply with the limits for a Class 
B digital device, pursuant to part 15 of the FCC Rules. These limits are 
designed to provide reasonable protection against harmful interference in a 
residential installation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radio 
frequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance with the 
instructions, may cause harmful interference to radio communications.

This device and its antenna must not be co-located or operating in conjunction 
with any other antenna or transmitter. 
Federal Communication Commission (FCC) Radiation Exposure 
Statement 
This EUT is compliance with SAR for general population/uncontrolled 
exposure limits in ANSI/IEEE C95.1-1999 and had been tested in accordance 
with the measurement methods and procedures specified in OET Bulletin 65 
Supplement C. 

The equipment version marketed in US is restricted to usage of the channels 
1-11 only. 
RF exposure warning 
This equipment complies with FCC RF radiation exposure limits set forth for an 
uncontrolled environment. This equipment must be installed and operated in 
accordance with provided instructions and must not be co-located or operating 
in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter. End-users and installers 
must  be  provided  with  antenna  installation  instructions  and  transmitter 
operating conditions for satisfying RF exposure compliance.   
For body worn operation, this phone has been tested and meets the FCC RF 
exposure
guidelines for use with an accessory that contains no metal and the positions 
the handset a minimum of 1.5 cm from the body. Use of other enhancements 
may not ensure compliance  with FCC RF exposure guidelines. If you do not 
use a body-worn accessory and are not holding the device at the ear, position 
the handset a minimum of 1.5 cm from your body when the device is switched 
on. 
Note: SAR standard Value: 1.6 W/Kg, Maximal Measure: 0.069 W/kg 
This device was tested for Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) in a body-worn and 
portable configuration. The device was found to comply with the FCC requirements 
for RF exposure.
