manner.Do not become distracted by the device while driving,
and always be fully aware of all driving conditions.Minimizethe

bemadeatnochargetothecustomerforpartsorlabor,provided

Thiswarrantydoesnotapplyto:(i)cosmeticdamage,suchas
scratches,nicksanddents;(ii)consumableparts,suchasbatteries,
unlessproductdamagehasoccurredduetoadefectinmaterialsor
workmanship;(iii)damagecausedbyaccident,abuse,misuse,water,
ood,re,orotheractsofnatureorexternalcauses;(iv)damage
causedbyserviceperformedbyanyonewhoisnotanauthorized
serviceproviderofGarmin;or(v)damagetoaproductthathas
beenmodiedoralteredwithoutthewrittenpermissionofGarmin.In
