SENSOR FEATURES
1) The sensors easily install on the valve stem.
2) Sensors are water resistant.
3) Pressure and temperature data is read every five (5) minutes.
4) Removal of a sensor (0 PSI pressure) Will shut off the sensor battery.

PROGRAMMING SENSOR CODES INTO THE DISPLAY
Note: Vour sensors will begln reading as soon as they are coded Into the dlsplay.
Once you go back to the Main Screen by pushing the “BACK" button twice,
you may hear an alarm and see a pressure readlhg or "'20 Slmply press the
(+) button quickly to silence the alarm.
Note: It Is recommended to label each sensor fil’i‘wlm the provlded numbering code
stlckers. slmllar to the followmg pattern, before you code the sensors‘ Thls
allows you to know whlch sensor ls programmed to whlch tlre posltlon. You can
also wrlte w your sensor number pattern.

AUTOMATIC CODE LEARNING (Option#1)
Note: Code all the sensors to the display BEFORE screWing them on to the tire valve
stem unless otherWise noted.
1. Push and hold the “SET" button until it beeps. You are now in the programming
mode. The "HI PRESSURE SH" parameter WI|| bllnk at the bottom of the screen.
Push the (+) button and scroll though the parameters until “LEARN ID” appears.
2. Quickly press and release the “SH" button. The first tire on the display Will blink. If
you want to program a different tire, press the (+) button to move to the correct
tire. Push the “SET" button again and "FFF FFF" Wlll flash. Put the sensor for that
tire position next to the display and press the “GO" button. The display will capture
the sensor code and show lt on the screen. Again, push and release the “SE"
button to save the code to that position. When coded correctly, a six (6) digt
unique code Will be shown.
3. Use the (+) button to move to the next tire position you want to program. Again,
press the ”SH" button and “FFF FFF“ will blink. Put the sensor for that tire
position next to the display and press the “GO" button to capture the sensor code.
Press “SH" again to save.
4. When you are finished programming all of your sensors, press the “BACK" button
to return to the parameter at the bottom of the screen. Use the (H or (,) buttons
to scroll to another parameter, if necessary. lf finished programming, press the
“BACK" button again to go to the Main Screen (Vour sensors Will begin reading “0"
pressure and Will alarm. Press the (+) button to silence the alarm while you
continue your setup).
Note: To delete a single sensor code:
Press the “SH" button until it beeps (approx. 3 seconds). Push the (+) button
and scroll through the parameters until “LEARN ID" appears. Press and
release the “SH" button. Use the (+) or (-) buttons to scroll to the tire you
Wish to remove. Press the “SET" button to select that tire. It Will start (lashing.
Press the “BACK" button for 3 seconds. You Will hear 3 beeps. The code Will
change to “FFF FFF" which Will be flashing. Press “SET" once. The (lashing Will
stop and the lD code Will be deleted. lf you do not want to delete the code,
push the “BACK" button.
Note: To delete all of the tire codes:
To delete all the sensor codes when in the “LEARN ID" mode, press the “BACK"
button for6 seconds You wiii hear 6 beeps. “DEL ALL" will appear on the
screen. Press “SET" once. Vou Will hear one beep. “FFF FFF" will appear. All ID
codes are deleted. Press the “BACK" button twice to go to the Main Screen.
Note: When in the coding mode, the display Will timerout Within approximately one
(1) minute if no buttons are pushed. At that point, you Will have to start the
coding process again.
Note: Be sure the sensor being coded is at least two Veet away from the other
sensors.
PRESSURE CODING (option #2)
1. Be sure your sensors are numbered. Screw the sensors partly onto each valve
stern in the order you numbered them. Do NOT screw them down far enough to
hear air hissing out.
2. Push the “SI-.7" button until it beeps. You are now in the programming mode. The
“HI PRESSURE SET" parameter Will blink at the bottom of the screen. Push the
(+) button and scroll through the parameters until “LEARN ID" appears.
3. Quickly press and release the “SET" button. The first tire on the display Will blink. If
you Want to program a different tire, press the (+) button to move to the correct
tire. Push the “SET" button again and ”FFF FFF" Wlll flash.
4. Tighten the sensor down on the corresponding tire valve stem. The ID code Will
display and flash.
5. To save the ID code setting, Press “SET" once. It Will beep and the sensor code is
saved.
8. To remove the ID code setting, Press “BACK" once. "FFF FFF" Wlll reappear. The
setting Will not be saved.
7. Press “BACK" tWice to return to the Main Screen when done,
MANUAL CODING (option #3)
Note: Thls method IS malnly used to program sensor codes from an old dlsplay to a
new olsplay lf you do not have the sensors avallaole.
1. Push the “SE” button until it beeps. You are now ln the programming mode. The
“Hl PRESSURE SH" parameter wlll bllnk at the bottom of the screen. Push the
(+) button and scroll through the parameters until “SEI' lD" appears.
2. Quickly press and release the "SH" button. The first tlre on the dlsplay wlll bllnk. If
you want to program a dlfferent tlre. press the (+) button to move to the correct
tire. Push the “SF" button again and the first dlgit of “FFF FFF" will flash. Press
the (+) button to select the correct number or letter. Press "GO“ to move to the
next position. Press the (+) button to change to the correct number or letter.
Continue this procedure until all six digits are changed.
3. Press “SEI’” once to save the new codes. Vou will hear a beep and the code Will
stop flashing.
4. To stop the codlng for any position, press “BACK" once. “FFF FFF” wlll reappear.
No settings will be saved.
5. Press “BACK" woe to return to the Main Screen.
SENSOR INSTALLATION - Flow-through Sensor
1. Screw the hex nut onto the valve stem threads until it bottoms out.
2. Screw the correctly marked sensor onto the valve stem for that tire position.
Tighten the sensor Ul'ltll the air stops leaking and the sensor bottomsrout on the
valve stem. Then give lt a slight twist to seat it. Do Not Over Tighten!
3. Using the prowded wrench. tighten the hex nut onto the valve stem. This will
prevent the sensor from being removed. Keep the wrench ll'l a safe place for
future use.
4. You can now Inflate or deflate the tire through the 507W sensor wwthout removmg

DISPLAY INSTALLATION
it The provided suction cup mount can be used on the Windshleid, side Window or
directty on a smooth dash. Snap the mount into the back tabs on the dispiay to
use. Alternately, use the dash cradle to hoid the display.
2. Piug the power cord into the vehicle's cigarette iighter/power port and then into
the side ofthe display to charge the internal iithium battery. Charge display for
four (4) hours the first time.
DISPLAY BUTTONS
- There are five (5) programming buttons on the display. They are: “GO", “SET",
“BACK" on the left Slde of the display and (+) and (r) on the rlght Slde of the
display.
- The power siide swrtch is iocated on the right side of the dismay. Slide it up to
turn on the dispiay. Siide it down to turn off the display

Note: The side power swuch WIH not turn off the dispiay when constant power is
applied to the unit.
PARAMETER SETTINGS (Setting the sensor alarms)
Note: The factory defaurt settrngs are:
Pressure Unrt: PST Temperature unrts: “F
Hrgh Pressure: 175 PST Hrgh Temperature: 158‘? (TOCC)
Low Pressure : 100 PSr
Note: Be sure your drspray rs ON and rt Is showing the Marrr Screen.
PRESSURE PARAMETERS
To choose the Pressure Parameter, press the "SET" button until rt beeps. Press the
(+) button three (3) trmes and “SET" wrrr appear at the bottom of the screen and
BAR/PST will be blrnkrng on the screen. Press the “SET" button agarn and then use
the (+) button to serect “PST“ (or "BAR"). Press “SET" agarn to serect rt. Press
“BACK" to go back to the Marn Screen.
TEMPERATURE PARAMETERS
To set the Temperature Parameters (“F or ”(2), press the "SET" button untrr rt beeps.
Press the (+) button Your (4) trmes and “SET" wrrr appear at the bottom of the screen
and ”F/ ”C wrrr appear on the screen, blrnkrng. Press the "SET" button agarn and then
use the (+) button to select “F or “C. Press "SET" agarn to serect rt. Press “BACK" to
go back to the Marn Screen.
HIGH TEMPERATURE ALARM SETI'INGS
To set the High Temperature Aiarm, press the “SH“ button untii it beeps. Press the
(+) button twrce and “HI TEMP SEF" wrii appear. Again. press the “SH" button to
enter that mode. Use the (+) or (7) buttons to adiust the High Temperature
parameter, if desired. Press “SE" to save. when done press the “BACK" button.
Note: We recommend ieavihg thls temperature setting at the default 158* for aii
types of tires.

HIGH PRESSURE ALARM SETTINGS
To set up the Highrpressure Aiarm, press the “SH" button untii rt beeps. “Hi
PRESSURE ser" will appear at the bottom or the screen. Again, press the “SH"
button to enter that mode. Press the ”GO" button to select the appropriate axle. Use
the H») or (,) buttons to adjust the highspressure aiarm 20*25% over your normai tire
pressure for that axle. Press the “GO" button to move to the next axie. When done
settrng eacn axle that you have sensors on, press the “SH" button to leave that
parameter and go back to the menu. When done, press tne "BACK” button to go to
the Main Screen.

When you get to the TraIler Sectron of the display, all the tires erl flash. You can now
set all the trarler axle high pressures as one group.
LOW PRESSURE ALARM SETTINGS
To set up the Lowrpressure Alarm, press the "SET" button until rt beeps. Press the
(+) button once and “LOW PRESSURE SH" wrll appear. Agarn, press the “SH"
button to enter that mode. Press the "GO" button to select the appropnate axle. Use
the (+) or (7) buttons to adjust the lowrpressure alarm 10% below your normal trre
pressure for that axle. Press the “GO" button to move to the next axle. When done
settrng each axle that you have sensors on, press the “SH" button to leave that
parameter and go back to the menu. When done, press the "BACK" button to go to
the Main Screen.
When you get to the Trarler Section of the drsplay, all the tires wull flash. Vou can now
set all the trailer axle low pressures as one group.
Note: lf yourtire pressure IS below 100 PSI. you must set the lowVpressure alarms
first and then, when done. set the hrghrpressure alarms. The high pressure
cannot go below the default low pressure of 100 PSl untrl the low pressure IS
reduced.
