Guardian Systems Pendant Users Guide
The Guardian Systems Wireless Transmitter (GSY 4920-1, GSY
4912-1) is integrated into a Pendant encapsulation to provide an
individual the ability to summon help.
Function
The user should press the center colored button on the Guardian Systems
Wireless Pendant (GSY 4920-2, GSY 4912-2) when assistance is needed. The
light on the device face will illuminate to indicate that the signal is being sent to
the central attendant.

Guardian Systems Nurse Pullcord Station
USER GUIDE
The Guardian Systems Nurse Pullcord station
offers the latest in technology and ease of use.
Function
The Pull Cord Emergency Station contains one of the
Guardian Systems Wireless Transmitter (GSY 4920-1,
GSY 4912-1)and is intended for use in toilets, bath, tub
rooms and other areas where priority calls require
immediate attention. These consist of a pull cord, two-
way toggle switch and a wireless transmitter. This
station is intended for use in patient areas. Activating
the pull cord by pulling down on the pullcord transmits a
priority request for assistance. This priority call can only
be cancelled at the point of origination.

transmits an emergency call for
assistance signal to one or more
#03500 Receivers. Each Alarm
Button transmits a unique code
which is defined for a particular
resident. This unique code allows the
system to immediately send the
resident’s name or room number,
and location, to care givers.
