1. Download KEEKOON from App Store for iOS device or from
Google’s Play Store for Android device. For easy installation,
please scanning the QR code to download and install KEEKOON .
If your android device could not access Google’s Play store,
please download the apk file from our website directly.

2.Tap on + to add your new camera. Click Add new online cameras ,
and enter camera’s UID and password to add camera.
3.There are 2 ways to enter the camera’s UID quickly, by scanning the
QR code on the camera and search the cameras in LAN. Click Scan to
initiate the scan and click Search to search the cameras in LAN.
4. Enter the camera's name and P2P password. By default the P2P password
is 8888 . After click OK , the camera will be added successfully.
5. Select the camera you've just added to start viewing live video
and tap on the black area to launch the control panel.
We strongly recommend you to change the default password.
6. Instructions for the icons and buttons on live video page:
Pan/tilt control Slither the video to pan or tilt the camera
Allows User to listen to the camera's audio feed and talk to
the camera.
Take snapshots and record video files.
Horizontal and vertical cruise
Flip the image horizontally and vertically
Adjust the brightness and contrast

Tips :
You could turn on or off the IR LED manually by clicking this button.
The IR LED's status will be lasted 30 minutes, after that the status
will be restored.
If you want to speak to the camera, please press and hold the
microphone button to start speaking as a interphone.

*Notice: This IP Camera is designed to only supplement existing
residential and business security systems.
Set up Camera - Wi-Fi
1. Press the gear icon in the camera list to start configuring your camera.
2. The camera will start scanning for Wi-Fi connections. Select your
Wi-Fi network ID (SSID). Enter the password for the Wi-Fi connection.
3. When the Wi-Fi is successfully configured, you can now disconnect
the network cable from your camera and start using your camera as
a wireless device.
*Notice: Please wait for at least 30s (maximum to 1 minute) for Wi-Fi
mode to be completely functional.
4. After set up Wi-Fi, we could set up SD card recording mode.
5. Set up Alarm config to enable motion detection alarm.
View in Windows Web Browsers
1. Run IP Camera Search Tool in CD's Windows folder. Click Search and
double click the camera item listed in the camera list.
2. The default web browser will try to login the camera automatically.
The default username is admin . There is no password by default, so leave
the password field blank.
3. Download web browser plug-in and install it to support playing live
video in Windows web browsers. Please ignore system warning ,when
downloading or installing the plug-in.

Tips:
If it is a Win10 PC, please login the camera with IE or Firefox
instead of Edge.
4. After installing the plug-in, choose Browser plug-ins mode to get live
video.
5. Instructions of the buttons of main panel
Return to the welcome page
Single camera view mode. For show back to single
camera mode from 4 camera view mode or 9 camera
view mode.

Definition
Changed the resolution of the video, there are 3 options:
1280x720, 640x480 and 320x240.
Change the video''s quailty
Change the speed of the pan/tilt of the camera. There
Pan/Tilt Speed are 5 options: Fastest, Fast, Normal, Slower and Slowest.
(only available for the camera with Pan/Tilt)
There are 8 direction keys and the center button is
rotation center.
(only available for the camera with Pan/Tilt)
The horizontal cruise will pan automatically
(only available for the camera with Pan/Tilt)
The vertical cruise will tilt automatically
(only available for the camera with Pan/Tilt)
Set preset position; this camera supports 6 preset
positions.

View in Windows CMS Software
1. Install Centralized monitoring software in CD . Then launch
IPCMultiView on your desktop. Once the software lanuched, it will ask
you a username and password to login the software. The default
username is admin, there is no default password, please leave it blank.
2. Once logged in the software, please click the ip camera button or
IPCamera Setup to add a new camera to this software.

3. If you want to search the camera in LAN, please click the magnifier
icon to search the camera in LAN . Or you could click + icon to add the
camera manually by its P2P UID or IP address.
4. After searching the camera in LAN, please select the corresponding
camera and click OK .

5. Select the connecting mode and enter the login information of the
camera. P2P mode support view the camera from Internet, IP address
mode do not need Internet support.

6. Then you could get live video by double clicking the camera in the list.

FAQ
1. Why does my computer or security software say the software
is dangerous and it is a virus?
A: The software will detect device in your network, and it seems
like a virus. Please ignore the warning and continue.
2. How can I reset the camera to factory settings?
A: Please press the reset button under the camera for about 5-10
seconds until the camera's indicator turned off. Please make sure
the power supply is connected when you are doing it.
3. Why does the camera always ask for username and password, or
it says Incorrect User?
A: The camera's default username is admin, and the default password
is N/A, that means you just need leave it blank. If you forget your
username or password, you can reset the camera to factory settings
to get the default username and password.
4. Why can not get live video in web browser?
A: Please download and install plug-in before get live video. If still no live
video, check whether the plug-in enabled in your web browser? If it is a
Win10 PC, please login the camera with IE and Firefox instead of Edge.
5. Can I turned off IR LED manually?
A: Yes, you can turn it off in the setting following the instruction
below. Go to "Setting">>"Advance Config">>"IR-LED Config",
then you can adjust the sensitivity or turn off the IR light.
6. Will this camera function properly if you set it inside of a
window to record outdoors?
A:Yes if left in the day position only. The night camera light will
glare off the window and block vision. Also sun glare can affect
camera sight.
7. Why I could not download the App from Google Play?
A:Please login our website to download and install the Android
