Preparations

1.Getconnected.ConnectthetransmittertoyourTVsetbytheprovidedaudiocable,
makesurethatthecolorofRCAplugsarematchedthecolorofsocket.
Tips:ItisconvenienttoplacethetransmitternearyourTVset.
2.FullyextendtheDCcord,andkeeptheDCcordlievertically(upordown),astheDC
cordactsasasignaltransmissionantenna.
3.Takethebatterypacksfromthepackingtheninsertoneofthebatterypackintothe
headsetbase,withtheengravedsymbolsidefacingupward.
NOTE:Thebatterypackcarriesalittlepoweranditisadequateforsearchinganidle
FMfrequency.However,itisbettertochargethebatterypackatleast 8hoursbefore
firstuse.(Fordetailedinformationofchargingthebatterypack,pleasereferto
“Chargingthebatterypack”.)

4.Docktheheadsettothetransmitterandbatterypackinsidetheheadsetwillbecharged
automaticallyoncethetransmitterispoweredon.
NOTE:TheCharge2indicatesthebatterylevel.TheCharge2indicatorwillgooutif
thebatteryoftheheadsetisfullycharged,otherwiseitlightsupconstantlyand
chargingisinprogress.
5.ConnecttheAC/DCadaptortotheDCINjackatthebackofthetransmitterandtothe
electricoutlet.Thetransmitterispoweredon.
Gettingstarted
1.TurnonyourTVsetandadjusttoacomfortablevolumelevel.NOTE:NevermutetheTV
soundasitcouldcausenosoundontheheadset.
2.Usethevolumecontroltoturntheheadsetonanda“click”willbeheard.Turnthe
volumecontroltosetthevolumeleveltothelowestlevel.
3.Putontheheadsetandadjusttheheadsetcradlestoa
comfortablewidth.
NOTE:Thereare3differentsizesofearbudsprovided
(oneisequippedwiththeheadset,theothersareinthe
packing),tofitfordifferentuser.Pleaserefertothe
“Changetheearbuds”.
4.Re‐adjustthevolumeontheheadsettoacomfortablelevel.
5.Useapenny(notincluded)tosetthesoundtomeetyourpreferencewiththebalance
knobandthetoneknobs(leftandright)thataredesignedonthebackoftheheadset.
6.Ifyoufindthesoundisnotclear,settheaudioswitchto“MONO”.
TIPS:Ifyoufindnosoundsfromtheheadset,ortheChannelindicatorontheheadset
isflashingforawhilethenlightsoff,itindicatesthatre‐pairwillbeneeded.Toget
detailedinformationpleasereferto“PairtheFMfrequency”.
7.Afteruse,turnofftheheadsetwiththeVolumecontrolanddockittothetransmitter.
PairtheFMfrequency
Thetransmitterandheadsetarepre‐paired.Ifyoufindnosoundsfromtheheadset,orthe
Channelindicatorontheheadsetisflashingforawhilethenlightsoff,itindicatesthat
re‐pairwillbeneeded.
•Checkifyouaretoofarawayfromthetransmitter.Theoperatingdistancebetweenthe
headsetandthetransmitteris5meters.
SOLUTION:Moveclosertothetransmitter.
•TheheadsetmaynotfindanidleFMfrequency.

SOLUTION:PresstheSearchbuttonontheheadsettore‐pairtothetransmitter.
Ifallabovesolutionsdonotwork,youmayneedtofindanotheridleFMfrequencyasper
instructionsbelow:
1.Alwaysdocktheheadsetonthetransmitter.
2.PresstheSearchbuttononthetransmitter.
ThetransmitterwillsearchanidleFMfrequencyforsignaltransmission.Channel
indicatorisflashingduringsearchingprocess.OnceadesiredFMfrequencyhasbeen
found,theindicatorlightsconstantlyandthenthetransmitterwillsendoutasignal.
3.TurntheVolumecontroltosettheheadsetON.
4.PresstheSearchbuttonontheheadset.
Theheadsetwillsearchthesignalthatwassentfromthetransmitter.Channelindicator
ontheheadsetstartstoflash,indicatingthesearchingprocess.Oncethesignalhas
beenfound,theindicatorwilllightconstantly.
NOTE:IftheChannelindicatorontheheadsetkeepsflashingforalongtime,change
anotheridleFMfrequencywithsteps2,3&4.
5.Whenthepairiscomplete,youcanenjoyyourTV.
Chargingthebatterypack
Thebatterypackscarryalittlepowerduringshipping.
Chargethebatterypacksatleast8hoursbeforefirstuse,aslowbatterylevelmayleadto
unsatisfiedsoundsuchasdistorted.
Itisrecommendedtodocktheheadsettothetransmitterafteruse.
NOTE:
•Batterypack,whichisalreadyinsertedtothetransmitter,willbechargedtofullcapacity
oncethetransmitterison.
•Thebatterypackcontainsprotectioncircuittoavoidoverchargingandhelptosave
batterylife.Whenthebatterypackisinsertedtothepower‐ontransmitter,the
transmitterwilldetectthebatterylevelandactivatethechargingfunction.
•Docktheheadsettothetransmitterandacombinationsoundwillbeheard.Thebattery
packwillbechargedoncethetransmitterispoweredon.
•Tochargetheextrabatterypack,insertsittothe
sidebatterychargeslotwiththeengravedsymbol
sidefacingdownward.Thebatterypackwillbe
chargedoncethetransmitterispoweredon.

•TheChargeLEDsindicatethechargingstatus.Itlightsconstantlyduringthecharging
process.Ifnobatterypackinsideorthebatterypackhasbeenfullycharged,theCharge
LEDwilllightoff.
BatteryPrecautions:Usebatterypackasrecommendedbythemanufacturer,usebattery

Replacethedrainedbatterypack
Ifyoufinddistortedsound,thebatterylevelmaybelow,docktheheadsettochargethe
