FederalCommunicationCommissionInterferenceStatementThisequipmenthasbeentestedandfoundtocomplywiththelimitsforaClassBdigitaldevice,pursuanttoPart15oftheFCCRules.Theselimitsaredesignedtoprovidereasonableprotectionagainstharmfulinterferenceinaresidentialinstallation.Thisequipmentgenerates,usesandcanradiateradiofrequencyenergyand,ifnotinstalledandusedinaccordancewiththeinstructions,maycauseharmfulinterferencetoradiocommunications.However,thereisnoguaranteethatinterferencewillnotoccurinaparticularinstallation.Ifthisequipmentdoescauseharmfulinterferencetoradioortelevisionreception,whichcanbedeterminedbyturningtheequipmentoffandon,theuserisencouragedtotrytocorrecttheinterferencebyoneormoreofthefollowingmeasures:i. Reorientorrelocatethereceivingantenna.ii. Increasetheseparationbetweentheequipmentandreceiver.iii. Connecttheequipmentintoanoutletonacircuitdifferentfromthattowhichthereceiverisconnected.iv. Consultthedealeroranexperiencedradio/TVtechnicianforhelp.ThisdevicecomplieswithPart15oftheFCCRules.Operationissubjecttothefollowingtwoconditions:i. Thisdevicemaynotcauseharmfulinterference,andii. thisdevicemustacceptanyinterferencereceived,includinginterferencethatmaycauseundesiredoperation.ForproductavailableintheUSA/Canadamarket,onlychannel1~11canbeoperated.Selectionofotherchannelsisnotpossible.SafetystatementsRegulatoryInformation/DisclaimersInstallationanduseofthisBluetoothdevicemustbeinstrictaccordancewiththeinstructionsincludedintheuserdocumentationprovidedwiththeproduct.Anychangesormodifications(includingtheantennas)madetothisdevicethatarenotexpresslyapprovedbythemanufacturermayvoidtheuser’sauthoritytooperatetheequipment.Themanufacturerisnotresponsibleforanyradioortelevisioninterferencecausedbyunauthorizedmodificationofthisdevice,orthesubstitutionoftheconnectingcablesandequipmentotherthanmanufacturerspecified.Itistheresponsibilityoftheusertocorrectanyinterferencecausedbysuchunauthorizedmodification,substitutionorattachment.Manufactureranditsauthorizedresellersordistributorswillassumenoliabilityforanydamageorviolationofgovernmentregulationsarisingfromfailingtocomplywiththeseguidelines.CAUTION!ThisequipmentcomplieswithFCCradiationexposurelimitssetforthforanuncontrolledenvironment.Thisequipmentshouldbeinstalledandoperatedwithminimumdistance20cmbetweentheradiator&yourbody.
