Open the Micro USB port cover & connect the Micro USB end of the charging
cable to the USB port on the Left earcup					
Use the included Micro USB cable to connect the headset with a Micro USB port
on your computer or with a Micro USB wall adapter. Charging will start automatically when the headset connected and the red indicator light will turn on.
Once charging is complete, the light will turn off.				
Note: Make sure you charge the unit for at least 8 hours before first use.

How to Pair							
“Pairing” means creating a trusted relationship between two or
more Bluetooth devices. The devices must be paired before they can
communicate with each other. Pairing identification is stored for later
use, and the devices will automatically recognize each other the next
time they are connected.			
Note: Your audio device must support Bluetooth A2DP compatibility to connect with
the headset connected to your audio device. Please consult the user manual for the
device with which you are
How to pair with mobile phones, iPhone™,
iPod touch® or other devices 			
1. Place the Sync by 50 in-ear BT within 30 cm of the device with which
you are pairing.							
2. Press MFB for about 5 seconds or until the red and blue LEDs flash
alternately. The headset will now be in “pairing mode.

3. Initiate the Bluetooth search function in your mobile phone. Please
refer to the user’s manual for your mobile phone for more information.
4. Select Sync by 50 in-ear BT in the device list on the phone and
follow the instructions to proceed.					
5. Follow the instruction to enter the pairing code “0000”. The red LED
indicator will stop flashing ifpairing is successful. Sync by 50 in-ear
BT device ID should be stored in the device list of the phone so that no
pairing code will be required for the next use.				
After pairing with your Sync by 50 in-ear Bluetooth enabled device,
start your device’s media player and the music will begin playing on
your headphones.

Selecting FWD or REW tracks				
Select the audio player on your source device & select play via
Sync by 50 in-ear B.T 							
The audio will automatically start streaming to the headset. 			
Press MFB once to PAUSE audio & again to Play audio.				
Adjust volume level by press & hold the Volume UP key or Volume DOWN key for 1
second							
Note: a BEEP tone will be audible when the volume control has reached the
minimum & maximum level.							
At any time during a phone call, or while playing music, the volume can be
changed with the Vol+ or Vol- keys. There will be a tone from the headphones to
indicate that the level has reached maximum or minimum volume.
Double press the Vol UP for next track

Note: Some audio players select previous track to the start point of the
current track							
Note: This function will only work properly when connected directly to
a Bluetooth A2DP compatible					
“music player. For example, this function is inoperable when
connected to a Bluetooth transmitter”

funcionality is available with every device.

If you are connected to and playing music from a mobile phone, a brief tone

Limited Consumer Warranty
SMS Audio LLC (“SMS”) warrants to the original purchaser, that this product, when purchased new in
its original packaging from an authorized vendor, and when used in accordance with SMS’ instructions
and recommendations in documentation accompanying the product, will be free of defects in material
and workmanship that existed at the time of such purchase and that cause a failure of the product to
perform in accordance with accompanying product documentation, for a period of 1 year from the date
of the original purchase of the product in its original packaging from an authorized vendor (“Warranty
Period”).
If such a defect arises and a valid claim is received by SMS within the Warranty Period, at its option,
SMS will (a) repair the product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts, or (b)
exchange the product for a product that is new or that has been manufactured from new or serviceable
used parts and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product.
To make a claim and to obtain repair or replacement within terms of this warranty, please return the
product with proof of purchase receipt, description of defect and transportation prepaid to:
SMS Audio, LLC Attn: SMS Warranty 1159 Logan Circle, NW Atlanta GA 30318.
A $5 money order made payable to SMS Audio, LLC must be included to cover return shipping and
handling. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to
the product during shipping.
This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage to the product caused by any use other than private noncommercial use, accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication; (b) to damage caused by maintenance or
service performed by anyone other than SMS; (c) to a product or a part that has been tampered with
or modified by anyone other than SMS; (d) if any SMS serial number or product identification has been
removed or defaced; (e) to exposure of the product to heat, cold, sun, water or other liquids, chemicals,
animals, dirt, sand or other contaminants; (f) to persons who purchased the product in used condition
or in unpackaged form, or who purchased for resale, lease or lending or other commercial uses; or (g)
to acts outside the control of SMS, including, without limitation, vandalism, fire, storms, earthquake,
flood, or Acts of God.
No SMS vendor, retailer, reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension,
or addition to this warranty.

The extent of SMS’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement provided above,
and in no event shall the company’s liability exceed the purchase price paid.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET
FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND
CONDITIONS, WHETHER VERBAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. SMS SPECIFICALLY
DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION,
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IF SMS
CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM OR EXCLUDE IMPLIED WARRANTIES UNDER APPLICABLE LAW,
THEN, TO THE EXTENT POSSIBLE, ANY CLAIMS UNDER SUCH IMPLIED WARRANTIES SHALL
EXPIRE UPON EXPIRATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

This Limited Warranty and any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Limited Warranty or
the condition of the product, documentation or packaging (“Disputes”) shall be governed by the laws
of the State of New York, without regard to the conflicts of law principles thereof. The Convention for
the International Sale of Goods shall not apply and is specifically excluded. The state and federal courts
located in the State of New York, County of New York, United States of America shall have jurisdiction
and shall be the exclusive forum for resolution of any Disputes.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS, AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE
OTHER RIGHTS, THAT VARY FROM STATE TO STATE AND JURISDICTION TO JURISDICTION,
AND THAT SHALL NOT BE AFFECTED BY THIS LIMITED WARRANTY. THIS WARRANTY CANNOT
BE TRANSFERRED OR ASSIGNED.
If any provision of this Limited Warranty is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be
deemed severable and shall not affect any remaining provisions. In case of any inconsistency between
the English and other versions of this Limited Warranty, the English version shall prevail.

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Within 15 days of the original purchase of the product (Exchange/Refund Claim), a new product may
be exchanged for another SMS product or returned for a refund, subject to the following terms and
conditions.
To obtain an exchange or refund, you must obtain an Return Merchandise Number (RMA), and SMS
must receive the product with your original packing slip/UPC label and proof of purchase within the
Exchange/Refund Period. RMAs are valid for 10 days. To obtain an RMA number, contact Customer
Service at warranty@SMSaudio.com.
Send the product with your original packing slip and proof of purchase and RMA Number, along with
a note indicating whether you want to exchange the product (and if so, what other SMS product you
want to order) or a refund, to:
SMS Audio, LLC Attn: SMS Warranty 1159 Logan Circle, NW Atlanta GA 30318.
Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of new merchandise are nonrefundable. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage
to the product during shipping, both to and from SMS.
Upon receipt of a valid exchange/refund claim during the Exchange/Refund Period, SMS will, in the
case of an exchange, credit the purchase price of the exchanged product (exclusive of taxes and
shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) toward the online order of an in-stock SMS product. In
the case of a refund, SMS will refund the purchase price of the returned product (exclusive of taxes
and shipping/handling/insurance/duty charges) within 30 days of the receipt of the refund claim.
SMS Audio reserves the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in likenew condition. Like-new means the complete product in the original carton with all equipment,
packaging, warranties, manuals and/or accessories without damage (including without wear and
tear).
In-stock online orders generally ship within two days after an order is received, so if you would like
to cancel an order after it is already placed, it must be done within 24 hours. Contact warranty@
SMSaudio.com with your sales order number and a refund will be issued. Please be aware for all
orders outside the US, there may be applicable shipping duties and fees for which SMS Audio is
not responsible.

Ouvrez le couvercle du port USB et branchez l’extrémité du micro USB du câble
de chargemement au port USB de l’oreillette gauche.
Utilisez le câble USB fourni pour connecter le casque avec un port USB de
votre ordinateur ou avec un adaptateur mural USB. Le chargement commence
automatiquement lorsque le casque est connecté et l’indicateur rouge
s’allume. Une fois que le chargement est terminé, la lumière s’éteint.
Remarque : Il est recommandé de charger l’appareil pendant au moins 8 heures avant
la première utilisation.

Comment effectuer un appairage					
Appairage signifie la création d’une relation de confiance entre deux ou
plusieurs appareils Bluetooth. Lesappareils doivent être appairés avant
qu’ils ne puissent communiquer entre eux. L’identification d’appairage
est stockée pour une utilisation ultérieure, et les appareils reconnaîtront
automatiquement l’autre la prochaine fois qu’ils devront se connecter.
Remarque : Votre appareil audio doit prendre en charge la compatibilité Bluetooth
A2DP pour se connecter avec le casque.Veuillez consulter les instructions
du manuel de l’utilisateur de l’appareil avec lequel vous souhaitez effectuer
l’appairage.							
Comment effectuer un appairage avec les téléphones mobiles,
iPhone™, iPod touch® ou d’autres appareils
1. Placez Sync by 50 in-ear BT à 30 cm de l’appareil avec lequel vous
souhaitez effectuer l’appairage.					
2. Appuyez sur la touche MFB pendant environ 5 secondes ou jusqu’à
ce que les voyants rouge et bleu clignotent en alternance. Le casque est
maintenant en « mode Appairage.

3. Activez la fonction de recherche Bluetooth de votre téléphone mobile.
Veuillez vous reporter au manuel de l’utilisateur de votre téléphone
mobile pour plus d’informations.					
4. Sélectionnez 50 in-ear BT dans la liste des appareils sur le téléphone et
suivez les instructions pour continuer.					
5. Suivez les instructions pour entrer le code d’appairage « 0000 ».
L’indicateur LED rouge cesse de clignoter si l’appairage est réussi.
Le casque Sync by 50 in-ear BT doit être enregistré dans la liste des
appareils du téléphone de sorte qu’aucun code d’appairage ne soit
nécessaire pour la prochaine utilisation.				
Une fois que votre casque Sync by 50 in-ear Bluetooth est activé, lancez
le lecteur de votre appareil et la musique sera diffusée dans votre casque.

Lecture par (play via) Sync by 50 in-ear B.T La lecture audio sera
automatiquement diffusée dans les écouteurs. Appuyez sur MFB
une fois pour interrompre la lecture audio et appuyez à nouveau pour
continuer. Réglez le volume en appuyant et en maintenant la touche
Volume UP pour augmenter le volume ou Volume DOWN pour réduire le
volume pendant 1 seconde Remarque : un BIP sonore indiquera le niveau
minimum ou le niveau maximum de la commande du volume.		
À tout moment pendant un appel téléphonique, ou en cours de lecture,
le volume peut être modifié avec les touches Vol + ou Vol-. Une tonalité
dans les écouteurs indiquera que le niveau de volume maximum ou
minimum a été atteint.

SMS Audio LLC (« SMS ») garantit à l’acheteur original que ce produit, lorsqu’il est acheté

ÉCHANGES ET REMBOURSEMENTS
Dans les 15 jours suivant l’achat original du produit (Réclamation d’échange ou de remboursement), un nouveau
produit pourra être échangé pour un autre produit SMS ou renvoyé pour remboursement, dans la limite des
conditions générales suivantes.
Pour obtenir l’échange ou le remboursement du produit, vous devez obtenir un Numéro d’autorisation de retour
d’article (angl. RMA) et SMS doit recevoir le produit accompagné de votre bordereau de marchandises/UPC
original ainsi qu’une preuve d’achat, dans la période d’échange ou de remboursement. Les RMAs sont valides
pour 10 jours. Pour obtenir un numéro RMA, veuillez contacter le service à la clientèle à warranty@SMSaudio.

Envoyez le produit accompagné de votre bordereau original, d’une preuve d’achat et d’un numéro RMA, ainsi

Les frais d’expédition engagés relativement à l’échange ou au retour de nouveau matériel ne sont

Suite à la réception d’une demande de remboursement ou d’échange valide pendant la Période de
remboursement ou d’échange, SMS créditera, dans le cas d’un échange, le prix d’achat du produit échangé
(à l’exclusion des taxes et frais d’expédition, de manutention et d’assurance) par rapport au prix en ligne d’un
produit SMS en stock. Dans le cas d’un remboursement, SMS remboursera le prix d’achat du produit retourné
(à l’exclusion des taxes et des frais d’expédition/manutention/assurance/droit de douane) dans les 30 jours à
compter de la réception de la réclamation de remboursement.
SMS Audio se réserve le droit de décliner tout retour ou échange lorsque le produit n’est pas en condition

de alimentación al puerto USB del audífono izquierdo. Utilice el cable

Cómo vincular					
“Vincular” significa crear una relación de confianza entre dos o más
dispositivos con Bluetooth. Los dispositivos deben estar vinculados antes
de que puedan comunicarse. La identificación de vinculado se almacena
para uso futuro y los dispositivos se reconocerán de forma automática la
próxima vez que se conecten.					
Nota: su dispositivo de audio debe tener compatibilidad con Bluetooth A2DP para
conectarse con los auriculares que están conectados a su dispositivo de audio. Lea el
manual del usuario del dispositivo con el que está intentando vincular para consultar
las instrucciones de funcionamiento.					
Cómo vincular con teléfonos móviles,
iPhone™, iPod touch® u otros dispositivos
1. Coloque los auriculares Bluetooth internos de Sync by 50 a 30 cm o
menos del dispositivo con que desea vincular.				
2. Presione la tecla MFB durante aproximadamente 5 segundos o hasta
que los LED rojo y azul parpadeen de forma alternada. Los auriculares
ahora estarán en “modo vinculados”

3. Inicie la función de búsqueda de dispositivos Bluetooth en su teléfono
móvil. Consulte el manual del usuario para su dispositivo móvil para

4. Seleccione los auriculares Bluetooth internos de Sync by 50 en la lista de
dispositivos del teléfono y siga las instrucciones para avanzar.		
5. Siga las instrucciones para ingresar el código de vinculación “0000”. El
indicador LED rojo dejará de parpadear si la vinculación ha sido exitosa.

SMS Audio LLC («SMS») garantiza al comprador original que este producto, adquirido en su paquete original
de un proveedor autorizado y utilizado de conformidad con las instrucciones y recomendaciones de SMS

CAMBIOS Y REEMBOLSOS
Dentro de los 15 días de la compra original del producto (Reclamo por cambio/reembolso), se podrá cambiar un
producto nuevo por otro producto de SMS o se lo podrá devolver y obtener un reembolso, sujeto a los siguientes
términos y condiciones.
Para obtener un cambio o reembolso, debe conseguir un Número de Devolución de Mercancía (NDM) y SMS
debe recibir el producto con la nota de entrega original/código de barras y comprobante de la compra dentro
del Período de cambio/reembolso. Los NDM son válidos por 10 días. Para obtener un NDM, contáctese con el
Servicio de Atención al Cliente a warranty@SMSaudio.com.
Envíe el producto con la nota de entrega original, el comprobante de su compra y el NDM junto con una nota
en donde indique si desea cambiar el producto (si es así, qué otro producto SMS quiere pedir) o si desea un
reembolso a:

Los gastos de envío generados en relación al cambio o devolución de mercadería nueva no son reembolsables.

Ante la recepción de un reclamo por cambio/reembolso durante el Período de cambio/ reembolso, SMS,

SMS reembolsará el precio de compra del producto cambiado (no incluye impuestos ni gastos de envío/

SMS Audio se reserva el derecho de rechazar un pedido de devolución o cambio cuando el estado del producto
no sea como nuevo. Como nuevo significa el producto completo en la caja original con todo el equipamiento, el
empaquetado, las garantías, los manuales y accesorios sin daños (incluido sin desgaste).
Los pedidos en línea de productos en existencia generalmente se despachan en el plazo de dos días después
de la recepción del pedido, así que si desea cancelar un pedido después de haberlo hecho, debe ser dentro de
