Do not use in humid or steamy areas such as bathrooms and avoid exposing to rain and other forms of moisture. If they are carried close to the skin, perspiration may cause internal components to corrode and result in malfunction. Note that if a problem is found to be due to moisture, the handset and parts are not covered by warranty and in some cases may be irreparable. Even when repairs are possible, repair charges will be incurred, since the damage is not covered by warranty. Clean only with a soft and dry cloth (such as the type used for eyeglasses).ƦForceful rubbing of the LCD with a dry cloth may scratch its surface.ƦNote also that LCD coating may stain if moisture or soiling is left on the surface for a long period.ƦNever use chemicals such as alcohol, thinners, benzene or detergents, as these agents may erase the printing or cause discoloration.
