instructions could result
in fire, electric shock, or

or liquid on the RedEye device. In case
the RedEye device gets wet, unplug all

dry thoroughly before turning it on again.
Do not attempt to dry the RedEye device
with an external heat source, such as a
microwave oven or hair dryer.
Repairing the RedEye Device
Never attempt to repair or modify
the RedEye device yourself. The
RedEye device does not contain any
user-serviceable parts. If the RedEye
device has been submerged in water,
punctured, or subjected to a severe fall,
return it to ThinkFlood for examination
before using. For service information,
go to www.thinkflood.com/support.
Powering the RedEye Device
Do not connect or disconnect the
RedEye device AC adapter with wet
hands. Do not use any power adapter
other than the included AC adapter
to power. Plug the included RedEye
device AC adapter into a wall socket
and connect it to the power plug on the
underside of the device.
Once the RedEye device is plugged into
a wall socket, you can use it to charge
an iPhone or iPod device. First, snap
the appropriate Universal Dock Adapter
into the cavity on the top of the RedEye
device. Then slip your iPhone or iPod
onto the Apple Dock Connector.

away from small children.
Exposure to Radio
Frequency Energy
The RedEye device contains radio
transmitters and receivers. When turned
on, the RedEye device receives and
sends out radio frequency (RF) energy
through its antenna. The radiated output
power of the RedEye device is far below
the FCC radio frequency exposure limits.
Nevertheless, use wireless equipment
in such a manner that the potential for
human contact during normal operation
is minimized.

Using Connectors and Ports
Never force a connector into a port.
Check for obstructions on the port. If
the connector and port do not join with
reasonable ease, they probably do not
match. Make sure that the connector
matches the port and that you have
positioned the connector correctly in
relation to the port.

Within Acceptable Temperatures
Operate the RedEye device in a place
where the temperature is always
between 0° and 35° C (32° to 95° F).
Store the RedEye device between -20°
and 45° C (-4° to 113° F).

aerosol sprays, solvents, alcohol,
ammonia, or abrasives to clean the
RedEye device.
