Safety Precautions
1. Do not use the player for any other purpose than as listed within the contents of this manual.
2. Avoid using or storing in places with high humidity, drastic temperature changes, severe
movements, or high magnetic intensity. Also, ensure that liquids do not enter the player.
Failure to meet these warnings may result in product damage or malfunction.
3. Please keep the player free from liquids and foreign substances. Failure to meet these

4. If you try disassembling/repairing/remodeling the player as you like, this can cause

5. Do not leave the USB cable connected to the PC or apply pressure on to it while connected
to a PC. Also, always keep the player's USB port clean.

Features
This BT-1000 adopted Bluetooth specification Ver. 1.2 so that it improves sound
quality, supports fast connection to the other Bluetooth devices and enables users
to pair each of different Bluetooth devices. Also, the BT-1000 supports Headset and
Hands-free Profile so that users can listen to the mp3 file on the MP3 Player and
talk over the telephone. This product supports stereo sound originally. However, it
supports mono sounds in case corresponding devices have mono soundtracks.

Pairing the BT-1000
Before you use BT-1000 for the first time, you should pair BT-1000 with the device
that you want to use it with, like a mobile phone applied Bluetooth.
The following section describes how to pair BT-1000 with a typical Bluetooth phone.
Ensure your BT-1000 is within 30 feet (10 meters) of the Bluetooth mobile phone
from access range.
1. Set up BT-1000 as a state of ready for registration. The green and red LED indicator
blinks consecutively by pressing Q obutton for at least 3 seconds and
in a state of power-off.
2. Register BT-1000 referring to User’s Manual to pair
3. Enter BT-1000 PIN number “0000” on the phone.
4. When the registration is finished, then the beep sound is heard.

1. Turn the BT-1000 on.
2. Connect the BT-1000 to the Bluetooth device referring to User’s manual.
3. When Pairing is finished, the beep sound is heard.
Power on & Power off
Power On. Press and hold the @ button for at least 3 seconds.
(The beep sound is heard and the green LED indicator turns on.)
Power Off. Press and hold the Q button for at least 3 seconds.

seconds)
Making and Receiving a call with BT-1000
You can place a call with your BT-1000 in these two ways:

In both cases, you must first link your BT-1000 and phone as described in “Pairing
the BT-1000”.

Not all Bluetooth mobile phones support voice dialing. Please refer to your
phone‘s manual to make sure whether your mobile phone supports this feature.
Receiving / Answering a call
When you receive an incoming call with the BT-1000 on and paired, the beep sound
is heard and the green LED indicator will be blinked two times with five-second interval.
Answer the call by pressing the r@ button briefly.
To end a call, press the G) buttonbriefly.
Transfering a call
 Press the z@button briefly.
 Press the @ button briefly. You must ensure that your
Bluetooth mobile phone support Hands-free Profile.
Not all Bluetooth phones support transfer function. Please refer to your
mobile phone’s manual to make sure whether your mobile phone supports this feature.
Volume Control
The BT-1000 offers 16 levels of speaker volume from 0 to 15. You can regulate the
volume to the speaker in steps by adjusting Volume Up ( @) button and Volume
Down ( 6) button when you listen to the music or make a call.

Mute Function
The BT-1000 can be muted by pressing the VolumerDown (@ ) button for at least 3
seconds. To stop muting, press the Volume Down (<9) button for at least 3 seconds.
Listening to MP3 music
Press @ button for briefly in a state of ready.
You can listen to the music via earphone of BT-1000.
Please make sure if you have the right ‘File Format’ to play MP3 music first.
(Example: *.mp3). MP3 music can be played or can’t be played depending on what
kind of Bluetooth you have. Thus, the Bluetooth mobile phone supporting A/V Profile
can work with BT-1000 to listen to the MP3 music.

Talking over the phone during playback
This function is only available for connecting Bluetooth phone to Stereo Audio Out
and Hands-free Profile.

Press l@ button briefly to stop the music during playback.
Press-z@button for at least 3 seconds in a stat of ready. (The beep sound is heard two times.)
The users need to press @ button two times for at least 3 seconds according to
specific types of Bluetooth devices.
 Press@ button.
 Press (9 button briefly. It plays back automatically if quitting
talk on the phone.

Troubleshooting Checklist
When troubles with the player occur, please check the following troubleshooting checklist:
1. When disconnection is occurred often.
BT-1000 is within 30 feet(10 meters) of the phone for access range.
Please keep BT-1000 free from the devices propagating the electro wave
because they may jam conversation.
The electro wave is unstable. Use BT—1000 after moving to the other places.
2. It doesn’t play any music files.
Only MP3 file is available for playing back according to specific types of
Bluetooth mobile phone.
3. No sound while you are on the phone
Check Volume level.
