IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS 
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING YOUR 
WARDROBE VALET CONVEYOR 
SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS 
Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor can be used as household appliance.  Read this 
manual carefully.  Be thoroughly familiar with the controls and the proper use of 
Wardrobe valet Conveyor.  Know how to stop the Wardrobe valet Conveyor 
quickly. 
Never allow children to operate the Wardrobe valet Conveyor without 
supervision.  Never allow adults to operate the Wardrobe valet Conveyor without 
proper instructions. 
Do Not Operate Wardrobe valet Conveyor if it is damaged.  Disconnect power 
cord immediately if Wardrobe valet Conveyor is damaged. 
Do Not Operate Wardrobe valet Conveyor if it has a damaged power cord or plug. 
Do Not Operate Wardrobe valet Conveyor if Remote control is damaged or does 
not function properly, for example if conveyor chain does not move when button 
on Remote is pressed, or does not Stop immediately when button on remote is 
Released. 
DISCONNECT POWER CORD IMMEDIATELY IF CONVEYOR DOES NOT 
STOP WHEN BUTTON ON REMOTE CONTROL RELEASED. 
To disconnect conveyor, make sure that conveyor chain does not move, than 
remove plug from outlet. 
Do Not unplug by pulling on cord.  To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord. 
WARNING:  Do Not wash conveyor.  Wipe with dry cloth only.  Unplug 
conveyor from outlet before cleaning. 
WARNING:  Conveyor must be installed so the distance from floor to the lowest 
point of conveyor chain must be 6 Ft or greater 
Do Not place any objects or clothes on tubes or on sprocket, it could damage 
your conveyor and your items. 
Do Not load Wardrobe valet Conveyor with anything other than goods on 
hangers.

Do Not obstruct Conveyor chain movement. 
Do Not touch any Wardrobe valet Conveyor parts when conveyor is moving. 
Do Not allow anyone to hang or climb on Wardrobe valet Conveyor chain.  Keep 
fingers out of the “pinch point” areas; the distance between sprocket and chain is 
necessary small, and the rollers riding over the tube.  Those areas must be 
protected by location – the minimal distance from the floor to the bottom of chain 
must be 6 Ft or greater. 
Do Not use this product near water – for example, in wet basement, near a 
swimming pool. 
Stay away at least 2 ft from conveyor chain when conveyor is moving. 
Install or locate your Wardrobe valet Conveyor only in accordance with provided 
Installation instruction. 
Use your Wardrobe valet Conveyor only for its intended use as described in this 
manual. 
Keep power cord away from heated surfaces. 
Do not immerse power cord or plug in water. 
Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor must be grounded.  Connect only to properly 
grounded outlet. 
DO NOT any circumstances, cut or remove the third (ground) prong from power 
cord.  SEE GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS on page ??? 
To reduce the risk of injury, close supervision is necessary when Wardrobe valet 
Conveyor is used near children. 
CAUTION: Items of interest to children should not be stored on shelves or in 
cabinets above your Wardrobe valet Conveyor – children climbing on conveyor to 
reach items could be seriously injured. 
Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor is intended for indoor usage only. 
The conveyor does not use or produce hazardous materials, and or 
grinding/lubricant exhaust.  It does not require special ventilation. 
Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor must be loaded and unloaded when conveyor 
chain is not moving (completely stopped).

GROUNDING INSTRUCTIONS 
Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor must be grounded.  In the event of malfunction 
or breakdown, grounding provides a path of least resistance for electronic current 
to reduce the risk of electric shock.  Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor is equipped 
with cord having an equipment grounding conductor and grounding plug.  The 
plug must be plugged into an appropriate outlet that is properly installed and 
grounded in accordance with all local codes and ordinances. 
DANGER: Improper connection of the equipment-grounding conductor can 
result in a risk of electric shock.   
The conductor with insulation having an outer surface that is green with or 
without yellow stripes is the equipment-grounding conductor.  Check with 
qualified electrician or serviceman if the grounding instructions are not 
completely understood, or if in doubt as to whether the appliance is properly 
grounded.  DO NOT modify the plug provided with your Wardrobe valet 
Conveyor – if it will not fit the outlet, have a proper outlet installed by a qualified 
electrician. 
Your Wardrobe valet Conveyor is cord connected appliance rated less than 15 A 
and intended for use on nominal 120 V supply circuit and has a grounding plug 
that looks like the plug illustrated in sketch below. 
DO NOT use an adaptor plug with this appliance. 
For best operation, plug this appliance into its own electrical outlet to prevent 
flickering of light, blowing of fuse or tripping of circuit breaker.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS 
1.) Open and inspect the package upon arrival 
The package should include the following components: 
• Conveyor with motor and chain frames assembled. 
• 2 legs 
• Leg clips 
• Plastic strip to cover holes in legs

2.) Carefully remove the conveyor from the packaging.  This operation 
would normally be performed by two persons. 
CAUTION :. 
The conveyor is heavy and the machine is heavier on the sprocket side  
3.) Remove the legs from the packaging.  Also strip the plastic covering 
off the package.

4.) Stand up the legs and insert the top section in the bottom section.  
Insert the locking pins in both legs.  Once the legs are positioned this will 
be released to raise the conveyor. 
5.) Position the conveyor to be able to mount the legs.

6. Conveyor should then be lifted by two men and both legs should be 
positioned and secured. 
WARNING:  Conveyor must be installed so the distance from floor to the lowest 
point of conveyor chain must be 6 Ft or greater.

OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS 
WARNING: Carefully review Important Safety Instructions in this Manual before 
operating your Wardrobe valet closet conveyor. 
To move conveyor chain, press the right hand button on your wireless control 
and the conveyor will rotate to the right.  To stop release the button.  
To move the conveyor in the left direction, press and hold the left button. To stop 
release the button.   
If you need to reverse direction press the opposite button and the conveyor will 
move after short time delay.  Conveyor will stop when either button is released.

TROUBLESHOOTING 
YOUR WARDROBE VALET CONVEYOR DOES NOT HAVE ANY USER 
SERVICEABLE PARTS. 
YOUR WARDROBE VALET CONVEYOR SHOULD NOT BE ADJUSTED OR 
REPAIRED BY ANYONE EXCEPT PROPERLY QUALIFIED SERVICE 
PERSONNEL. 
If you Wardrobe valet Conveyor chain does not move: 
Make sure that conveyor chain and sprocket are not jammed by foreign objects. 
Make sure that there is power in your grounded outlet box 
Make sure that conveyor electrical grounded plug is connected to grounded 
outlet box. 
WARNING: Do Not Operate Wardrobe valet Conveyor if Remote control is 
damaged or does not function properly, for example if conveyor chain does not 
move when button on Remote is pressed, or does not Stop immediately when 
button on remote is Released.

LIMITED EQUIPMENT WARRANTY  
New WCI equipment is warranted against defective workmanship and material 
for one year from the date of shipment. This includes a 90-day labor (for jobs 
sold with installation) and one-year parts warranty. 
 WCI shall not be responsible for defective installation or erection when 
performed by any other than WCI employees, or its authorized installers, nor for 
any parts that fail as a result.  
WCI shall not be liable for customs duties, brokerage fees, or other costs related 
to obtaining warranted replacement parts.  
WCI shall, at its discretion, either repair or replace the defective component.  
When WCI authorizes a warranty replacement, a Return Authorization Number 
(RAN) will be issued to you. All components return shipped to WCI must display 
the RAN Number on the exterior of the package. Components returned without 
prior authorization and/or the RAN number displayed on the package cannot be 
processed. All returns must be shipped to WCI freight prepaid. Other than UPS, 
all warranty replacements will be returned to the customer freight collect. Please 
contact our Customer Service Department at 1-800-524-0273 to request an RAN 
number.  
This limited warranty does not cover parts failure due to the customer's 
negligence, abuse/misuse, or lack of use of the recommended maintenance 
procedures. 
This limited warranty will not apply to customers whose payment accounts are 
more than thirty (30) days past due.  
There are no warranties that extend beyond the face hereof. WCI expressly 
disclaims any other warranties including, without limitation, the implied warranty 
of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In addition, WCI shall not be 
liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from or relating to claims 
brought pursuant to this limited warranty or claims under any agreement between 
WCI and customer.
