INSERTING/REMOVING SIM CARDS 1. Whenthephoneispoweredoff,insertaSIMcardby removingtheSIMcover.Insertyourfingerintheindent locatednearthechargingportanduncliptheSIMcover, theninserttheSIMcard.Pleasetakenoteofthedirectionof insertionfollowingthediagramonthephone’sSIMport. 2. HOW TO CONNECT TO A COMPUTER 13 Note: • TurnonyourphonebeforeconnectingthephonetoaPCbyUSB cable. 1. UseaUSBcabletoconnectthephonewithacomputer.The phonewillautomaticallydetectaUSBconnection. 2. AnotificationwillpopuponthescreendisplayingUSB connected,thenselectthedesiredUSBoperation. 3. TheUSBconnectionhasbeensuccessful. 12. CONNECTION TO INTERNET Wireless: 1. Select“Settings”. 2. Select“Wi‐Fi”andslideOFFtoONstatus. 3. Alldetectedwirelessnetworksintheareawillbelisted.Click toselectdesiredwirelessconnection. 4. Enternetworkkeyifnecessary. 5. Onceconnectedtoawirelessnetwork,settingswillbe saved. 6. Wirelessiconwillappearonthetaskbarwhenconnected successfully. 13. TROUBLE SHOOTING How to Close Applications Whenanapplicationisnot responding,youcanmanuallyshut theappdownin“Running Services” menu.Thiswillensurethesystem respondsasdesired.Pleaseshut downallidle applications torelease memoryandgetthesystemspeedback to normal. Toclosetheapplication,clicktheicon ontheshortcutbartoenterthe systemconfigurationinterface.Select Application Running andthe interfaceisshownasfollows: Taptheapplicationyouwanttoclose.Apop‐upwindowwillbe 17 displayed.Tap“Stop”toclosethatapplication. Power “OFF” / Restart / Reset the Phone 1. Pressandholdthepowerbuttonfor5secondsandthe devicewillbepowereddown. 2.
