SARtestsareconductedstandardoperatingpositionsacceptedbytheFCCwiththedevice

transmittingatitshighestcertifiedpowerlevelinalltestedfrequencybands,althoughtheSARis

determinedatthehighestcertifiedpowerlevel,theactualSARleveloftheproduct

whileoperatingcanbewellbelowthemaximumvalue.Beforeanewdeviceisaavailableforsale

tothepublic,itmustbetestedandcertifiedtotheFCCthatitdoesnotexceedtheexposurelimit

establishedbytheFCC,Testsforeachdeviceareperformedinpositionsandlocationsas

requiredbytheFCC.
