SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1)

Always wear protective goggles or safety glasses, hearing protection, protective gloves
and footwear.

2)

Air tools can create dust when drilling, grinding, sanding or cutting. This dust can contain substances known to cause cancer, birth defect, etc. Also wear proper breathing
protection.

3)

Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry, and ensure long hair is protected with a proper
cover.

4)

Do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of this tool or any component in the
air delivery system.

5)

Do not depress the trigger when connecting this tool to the air supply system. Always
disconnect the tool from the air supply system when changing attachments.

6)

Only use attachments specifically designed for use with air tools. Hand tool sockets
can shatter and cause serious injury. Do not use worn or damaged attachments. Make
sure attachments are securely attached to the air tool.

7)

Do not point the air tool at yourself or any other person.

8)

Never use Oxygen or combustible gases to operate this tool. Use only lubricated compressed air regulated to the recommended operating pressure for this tool.

9)

Disconnect this tool from its air supply before attempting to install or change attachments or before attempting any service. Also disconnect the air tool from the compressed air system when not in use.

10)

Excessive use of this tool can cause injury due to vibration and fatigue. Do not use this
tool in awkward positions, and avoid repetitive work motions. When feeling discomfort,
numbness, fatigue, tingling or pain stop work immediately and seek medical treatment
and advice.

BEFORE USING THIS AIR TOOL
To ensure long life be sure to oil the tool daily. Pour 4 drops of Eagle air tool (SEA 20 non
detergent) oil into the air inlet, and then run the tool for a few seconds to clean.

If tool is an impact wrench fitted with a “Zirc” grease fitting:

The hammer mechanism of this tool also needs to be greased from time to time (depending
on usage). The tool is equipped with grease fitting for this purpose; use this connection to
re-grease the tool using Eagle impact wrench grease.
PLEASE USE EAGLE SEA 20 NON DETERGENT OIL

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Add oil throughout the day when using. We highly recommend use of an in-line mini oiler to
accomplish this. Blow out air line to clear dirt and moisture. The air regulator knob can be
used as a throttle if there is no other means of regulating air. Turn the knob all the way in
and adjust outward until desired speed is reached.
Hold the tool away from work when starting. Set it down on the work evenly and make the
cut. When cut is completed, lift tool away from work before stopping the motor. Use only
discs rated at 20000 RPM or higher. Accessory retainers should be used to prevent ejection of the accessory which might injure persons.
EXCEPTION: Retainers need not be used if in compliance with acceptable safety codes. In
such cases, to avoid injury, the trigger should never be depressed unless the accessory is
held firmly against the work piece. Accessory should be removed when tool is not in use.
