eero User Documentation. Rather than a standard “User Manual”, eero provides the users with the documentation and instructions they need through 3 main methods. First, there is the Quick Start Guide provided as a card that sits on top of the eero in the box. Secondly, the eero product works in concert with an App that the user must install on their smartphone. Third, there is key documentation included on the company web site.
