1.4 Power Supply

Chapter Two: Common Issues

2.1 Start-up

Standby Mode: Pull the power switch [power-switch] up to enter standby mode.

TV Turn-on: Pull up both the power switch [power-switch] and the system switch [system-switch]. After the snowflake animation completes and the Android system starts up, the product is ready for use.

Note: Ensure both switches are pulled up for normal operation.

2.2 Outer Device Connection

HDMI Video Device Connection:

When the product is in standby mode:

  1. Insert the HDMI wire of the outer device into the HDMI socket on the back of the product.
  2. Boot up the connected device.
  3. Pull down the system switch [system-switch].

If the screen continues to show the standby image, please pull the system switch [system-switch] again or reboot both the TV and the outer device.

Note: Some older outer devices may not connect normally due to compatibility issues between outer HDMI and USB devices. This is not considered a product fault or quality issue.

2.3 Operating System Introduction

The TJ800 Mini Smart TV runs on the Android 7.1.2 operating system.

  1. Turn on the TV to enter the general Android system interface.
  2. Access Device Settings to configure options.

2.4 Network Connection

Wi-Fi Setup:

Navigate to the Wi-Fi settings within the Android system interface. Select your desired network, enter the password, and confirm to establish a connection. A "Link successful" message indicates a stable connection.

2.5 Wireless Keyboard, Mouse, Game Controller and Other Extension Parts

The TJ800 Mini Smart TV supports various external devices:

  • Keyboard and Mouse: Supports most USB wired or wireless Bluetooth keyboards and mouses. Simply insert the connector into the TV's USB socket.
  • Game Controller: Supports most USB wired or Bluetooth game controllers. The game controller must have a built-in Bluetooth receiver. Refer to the controller's user manual and the TV's APP settings for usage and configuration.
  • Mobile Hard Disk, U-disk, TF Card: Supports most mobile hard disks, U-disks, and TF cards. The TF card slot supports a maximum capacity of 128GB.

Note: Some older USB devices may not function correctly due to compatibility issues.

Chapter Three: Warranty and After-Sales Commitment

3.1 TJ800 TV Warranty Commitment

The TJ800 Mini TV and its enclosed accessories provide a one-year warranty from the date of sale.

Scope of Repair:

Warranty service is provided regardless of the sales channel through which the TJ800 TV was purchased. Contact your retailer or customer service personnel by logging onto the official website of Douzi Technology Co., Ltd. (douzitv.net).

The Warranty Excludes the Following Conditions:

  • Damages caused by natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, typhoon, and so on.
  • War, use as an attack weapon, deliberate abuse, or damage.
  • The tamper-proof label on the back of the product case being torn off.

Repair Approaches:

  • Repair or replacement is implemented based on specific faulty conditions. Parts that can be repaired or replaced include, but are not limited to, the screen, motherboard, and speaker.
  • All replaced parts, accessories, or devices must be brand-new.
  • Replaced parts or accessories will enjoy a warranty equal to the remaining duration of the one-year warranty or 90 days after replacement, whichever is longer.
  • Brand-new accessories should be used for replacements if they have problems.
