This document serves as a conformity certificate issued by the Communications and Information Technology Commission (CITC) based on the Telecommunications System Law and its executive regulations, and the CITC organization. It confirms that the device complies with the technical specifications in force at the CITC. This certificate does not constitute approval for the release or licensing of the devices. The issuer relies on the information provided by the applicant at the time of issuance. The use, possession, or trading of these devices must comply with CITC regulations and other relevant laws in the Kingdom. The applicant or manufacturer is solely responsible for any damages or injuries arising from the use or possession of these devices. For devices manufactured outside the Kingdom, an import release request must be submitted to the CITC before their arrival at customs ports.
