How to Wear Your TOZO Earbuds

Follow these steps for a secure and comfortable fit:

1. Step 1: Ensure the earbud tip is facing downwards, then place the earbud into your ear.

2. Step 2: Rotate the earbud back towards your auricle (the side of your ear) until it fits snugly.

Important: Ear cap facing up is the incorrect way to wear the earbuds. Ensure a proper seal for optimal sound and noise cancellation.

How To Pair

TWS Auto Pairing

1. Step 1: Take out the 2 earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically power on.

2. Step 2: The two earbuds will flash red and blue alternately, indicating they are in Pairing Mode.

3. Step 3: On your device (e.g., smartphone), search for the pairing name "[TOZO - NC7]" in your Bluetooth settings and select it to connect.

Resetting the Earbuds

If you experience issues such as only one earbud working, or if the earbuds fail to pair with each other, please follow these reset steps:

1. Delete all TOZO-NC7 records from your phone's Bluetooth settings and turn off Bluetooth on your phone.
2. Press and hold the button on both earbuds simultaneously for 5 seconds until the red lights turn on, indicating they are powering off.
3. Press and hold the MFB (Multi-Function Button) touch panel on each earbud for another 5 seconds until the blue light turns on and then off.
4. Quickly double-click the MFB touch panel on each earbud.
5. The reset process is complete when the purple light briefly appears (for 1 second) on each earbud, followed by the earbuds flashing red and blue alternately.

Note: If you encounter a "[Connection Unsuccessful]" message on your device, please consider deleting all historical records of [TOZO-NC7] from your device's Bluetooth settings and try the pairing process again.

Earbud Functions

The TOZO NC7 earbuds offer various functions controlled via the MFB (Multi-Function Button) touch panel on each earbud.

Power On/Off

• Power On: Turn the charging case lid over, or press and hold the touch panel for 3 seconds. The earbuds will turn on automatically.
• Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch panel for 5 seconds. The earbuds will power off automatically.

ANC Mode (Active Noise Cancellation) / Transparency Mode

Tap the MFB touch panel three times (3x) to cycle through ANC Mode, Transparency Mode, and Normal Mode.

Volume Control

• Increase Volume: Press and hold the touch panel on the right earbud.
• Decrease Volume: Press and hold the touch panel on the left earbud.

Music Playback & Call Handling

• Play/Pause: Double-tap (2x) the MFB touch panel on either earbud. ▶️ / ⏸️
• Next Track: Triple-tap (3x) the MFB touch panel on the right earbud. ⏭️
• Previous Track: Triple-tap (3x) the MFB touch panel on the left earbud. ⏮️
• Answer/End Call: Double-tap (2x) the MFB touch panel on either earbud. ✔️
• Reject Call: Press and hold the touch panel for 2 seconds when a call is incoming. ❌

Voice Assistant

• Activate Voice Assistant: Triple-tap (3x) the MFB touch panel on either earbud. ?️

This will activate your device's default voice assistant, such as Siri, Google Assistant, or Baidu, depending on your mobile phone.
