Multiple WAN The MSBR is equipped with multiple WAN interfaces including copper and fiber Ethernet, xDSL and mobile 4G. With up to 4 redundant WAN interfaces, the MSBR allows service providers to provide their business customers with an essential "always-on" internet connection that will ensure business continuity in case of connection loss. Survivability and Resilience The MSBR enables guaranteed voice services to SMB customers. Using the built-in AudioCodes SBC application, the MSBR ensures that critical business telephony services continue operation, routing outgoing calls to the backup PSTN connection. The MSBR also maintains internal business telephony in cases of WAN failure or connection loss with the hosted or cloud-based PBX or unified communications platform. Data & Voice High Quality Integration with AudioCodes' One Voice Operations Center (OVOC) offers service providers a complete insight into the condition of their VoIP networks, enabling early detection of potential QoS issues. Data provided by OVOC enables problems to be resolved promptly before service degradation occurs. Scalable Hardware The MSBR family includes a range of cost-effective products to match end-customer characteristics and size such as SOHO, teleworkers, SMB and branch offices.
