Required Tools
The following tools are recommended for assembly:
- 5/6 mm [Allen wrench]
- 11 mm [Wrench]
- [Measuring tape]
- [Screwdriver]
- [Hammer]
Assembly Instructions
Step 1: Attach cross member profiles to the base
Connect profile pieces A3 and A5 to the base. Use hardware such as B6 (End cap profile), B20 (Corner bracket + cover cap), and bolts like 2x B11 (Bolt - DIN 912, 16mm, M8).
Step 2: Attach second base profile to the assembly
Attach a second base profile (A3) to the assembly.
Step 3: Attach the rubber feet to the bottom
Once the base frame is assembled, attach the rubber feet (B7) to the bottom. Use hardware such as B9 (Slot 8 nut, M8), B10 (Washer), and B13 (Bolt - DIN 912, 20mm, M6).
Step 4: Add seat rail profiles
Add seat rail profiles (A1) to the base structure.
Step 5: Attach the uprights
Attach the upright profiles (A6) to the main frame.
Step 6: Attach the wheeldeck holder profile
Attach the wheeldeck holder profile (A5) to the uprights.
Step 7: Attach the wheeldeck to the profile
Attach the wheeldeck (B4) to the profile structure. This involves pivot plates (B2, B3) and hardware like B9, B10, B11, B16, B19.
Step 8: Attach the pedal upright profiles
Attach the pedal upright profiles (A2) to the main frame.
Step 9: Attach the pedal deck bracket
Attach the pedal deck bracket (B18) to the pedal deck (B1).
Step 10: Attach the side mount
Attach the side mount (A4) to the structure.
