Getting Started

Pairing

  1. The earbuds automatically pair to each other after being taken out from the charging case. The light on the main earbud flashes in white and red, while the second earbud stays in white.
  2. Activate Bluetooth on your device and select "SOUNDPEATS TrueAir2" from the Bluetooth list to pair.

Reset

If you experience issues connecting the earbuds to each other or to your device, follow these steps:

  1. Clear the pairing record between the earbuds and all your devices.
  2. Place both earbuds back into the charging case and ensure they are charging. Press and hold both Multifunction Buttons (MFBs) for 10 seconds until both indicators flash white twice.

Button Controls

  • Power On: Auto (take out from charging case) or Manually (press and hold MFB for 1.5s)
  • Power Off: Auto (place back into charging case) or Manually (press and hold MFB for 10s)
  • Play/Pause: Double tap the MFB
  • Volume Down: Single tap the left MFB
  • Volume Up: Single tap the right MFB
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the left MFB for 1.5s
  • Next Track: Press and hold the right MFB for 1.5s
  • Answer/Hang Up Call: Double tap the touch button
  • Reject Phone Call: Press and hold the MFB for 1.5s
  • Switch Between Two Calls: Press and hold the MFB for 2s
  • Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap the MFB
  • Manually Enter Pairing Mode: Press and hold the MFB for 6s

  • Q1: What do the charging LEDs tell while charging the case?
    The LEDs stay on while charging and turn off after fully charged.
  • Q2: Why are the earbuds still connected to my phone after placing them back in the case?
    1. The charging case might be out of battery. The case will not turn off the earbuds if its battery is dead.
    2. Ensure the earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and that the charging contacts on both the earbuds and the case are clean. If not, clean the contacts with a microfiber cloth.
  • Q3: The battery life is not as advertised?
    A single charge provides approximately 5 hours of playtime with average use. The charging case provides an additional 4 recharges, for a total of up to 25 hours.
