Charging

Charging the Charge Case

The charge case must be fully charged before first use. Keep it fully charged regularly for maximum performance.

1. Insert the micro-USB connector of the included USB cable into the micro-USB charging input port on the charge case.
2. Insert the larger USB end of the cable into a USB port of a computer or a compatible USB DC 5V wall charger (not included). The indicator light will blink while charging and turn solid when charging is complete. Unplug when charging is complete.

Note: If earbuds are inside the charge case, they will pause charging while the case is being charged.

Charging the Earbuds

The earbuds must be fully charged before first use. The charge case must also be fully charged for maximum performance.

1. Insert the left and right earbuds into their corresponding charge slots, ensuring the charge contacts on the bottoms of the earbuds align with the contacts within the charge slots.
2. Close the lid of the charging case. The light indicator on the charge case will turn solid when earbuds are charging and will turn off when earbuds are fully charged.

Note: If earbuds are inside the charge case, they will pause charging while the case is being charged.

Note: When battery power is low, the LED may blink red and/or an alerting sound may occur, even while music is playing. Fully charge the battery to resume normal operation.

Pairing with a Bluetooth Device

1. Ensure both earbuds are charged.
2. Remove both earbuds from the charging case. They will automatically pair and connect with each other. One earbud's LED indicator light will flash rapidly, signaling readiness to pair with a Bluetooth device.
3. Activate the Bluetooth function on your audio device. It should recognize the earbuds and allow selection using the name 'PrimeAudio'. When a connection is made, the earbud LED indicator lights will flash to signal pairing.
4. To unpair, turn off the Bluetooth function on the connected device. The earbuds can then be paired with a new device.

Note: If the earbuds are not connected to a Bluetooth device after 5 minutes of being powered on, they will turn off automatically.

Note: When powered on, the earbuds will automatically connect with the last successfully paired audio device.

Wireless Earbuds Operation

1. Before playback, adjust your audio device's volume to a medium level as a safe starting point. Volume is controlled solely from your audio device.
2. To play audio, click the function button on either earbud once. Click again to pause.
3. To answer an incoming call, click the function button on either earbud once. Click again to end the call.
4. To reject an incoming call, press and hold the function button on either earbud for one second.
5. Note: Both earbuds work together for music playback; only one earbud functions for phone calls.
6. To disconnect and shut off the earbuds, press and hold the function button on one earbud for approximately five seconds. The other earbud will also turn off automatically. Alternatively, deactivate Bluetooth on your device. Ensure earbuds are powered off when not in use.
7. To activate Siri, Google Assistant, or other voice assistants, press and hold the function button on either earbud for 1.5 seconds until a tone is heard (compatible devices only).

Note: Low earbud power and/or low audio device power may cause poor operation or no Bluetooth connection.

Caution

• This is not a toy. Please keep away from small children.
• Please keep the unit away from water and heat.
• Do not overcharge the battery.
• Do not operate the charge case with a damaged cable.
