Autel Coil-on-Plug (COP) Probe
Operator's Manual
Features
- The COP Probe can easily capture the ignition waveform of automobile engines. The ignition waveform provides insight into the engine combustion chambers, helping to determine if the ignition plug needs replacement or cleaning, if the fuel injector in the electronic fuel injection system is functioning correctly, if there are issues with air cylinder leakproofness, if the gap between ignition plugs has increased, if the electrode shape of the ignition plug has become sharp, if there is excessive oil pollution or carbon deposition on the ignition plugs, if the insulating property of the ignition plug has degraded, or if there are problems within the power supply system of the storage battery.
- It is compatible with normal oscilloscopes and features a special anti-interference design for high measurement accuracy.
- The probe has an ergonomic design that allows for arbitrary curvature.
- It includes a highlight LED, making it convenient for operation at night or in dark conditions.
Warning
- To prevent injury, keep the probe away from moving parts such as the alternator drive belt and cooling fans.
- To prevent electric shock, do not use the probe if its sensor plate's insulation shows signs of damage.
Battery
Pay attention to the positive and negative polarity, as shown below.
