Management of devices: Reduce setup labor by assigning devices to groups. Administrators can manage settings information and apply settings simultaneously across devices, simplifying device resets even in case of malfunction. Email notifications for device statuses help manage issues like paper jams promptly.
Uniformly managing panel settings: Control panel buttons can be registered simultaneously from the server, significantly reducing installation time.
Management of users: Strengthen security with user authentication, identifying users before device usage. Strict restrictions can be set for functions and access privileges, including color output, based on individual, department, or position, enhancing security and reducing TCO.
Easily registering user information: User information can be imported from LDAP, SQL servers, Active Directory, and CSV files for efficient registration and management. User card IDs can be registered from the control panel or computer.

Input and output documents in the cloud: Access documents saved in cloud services from the control panel for output. Supports SMB, FTP, Email, Google Drive standardly, with optional support for DocuShare, OneDrive, Microsoft SharePoint Server, Salesforce®, RightFax, and Intelledox Infiniti.
Document distribution using flows: Standardize operations with pre-defined rules for processes like document processing, distribution, outputting, and saving. OCR and noise removal are possible for scanned documents, enabling high-level processing such as sorting by address based on OCR-extracted text strings.
