Overview
The Anker PowerPort Strip PD 6 is a versatile power strip designed to provide surge protection and multiple charging options for electronic devices. It features AC outlets and USB ports, including USB-C with Power Delivery.
The product includes several indicator lights:
- [Power Light]: Indicates the power status of the strip. Turns white when the switch is on.
- [Reset Button]: Serves as both the On/Off switch and a reset button for the surge protection feature.
- [Surge Protection Light]: Illuminates blue when the surge protection feature is active and functioning normally. If this light is off, the surge protection is not working.
- [Grounded Protection Light]: Illuminates blue when the power strip is properly grounded.
Key Features & Tips:
- When the switch is turned on, the Surge Protection Light and Grounded Protection Light will turn blue. The Power Light will turn white.
- Tip 1: The surge protection feature safeguards your connected equipment against voltage fluctuations, surges, and spikes. A deactivated Surge Protector Light indicates a malfunction.
- Tip 2: In case of a power overload, the On/Off Switch will automatically cut off the power supply.

Using Your PowerPort Strip

Safety Precautions
Please adhere to the following safety guidelines when using the PowerPort Strip PD 6:
- Do not connect the PowerPort Strip to an ungrounded outlet.
- Do not use with extension cords.
- Do not exceed the electrical ratings specified for the device.
- Use only in dry locations and indoors.
- Install the PowerPort Strip away from heat-emitting appliances such as radiators.
- Keep children away from the PowerPort Strip.
- Do not connect one PowerPort Strip after another (daisy-chaining).
- Do not cover the PowerPort Strip when it is in use.
- To disconnect power, unplug the PowerPort Strip from the wall outlet.
- Ensure an earthing connection (grounding) is made before plugging the mains plug into the wall. When disconnecting, remove the plug from the wall outlet first, then disconnect the earthing connection.
