1.Information on how to claim your Air Fryer Basket forms part of these Terms and Conditions. 2. Promotion only applies to purchases made for the period from 1/8/2021 until 31/8/2021 only. ("Promotional Period"). All purchases must be in this period to qualify and all claims must be received by close of business Friday 17/9/2021. Claims received after this date will be deemed invalid and ineligible to receive the Air Fryer Basket. Purchases made outside these dates will also be deemed invalid. 3. To be eligible for the Air Fryer Basket, claimants must purchase a qualifying Emilia cooker model from The Good Guys in the Promotional Period. 4.To make a claim, the claimant must fully complete the official Claim Form and send it, along with a photocopy of their original receipt verifying their purchase of a qualifying Emilia cooker to "Air Fryer Basket Promotion", PO Box 63, Blaxcell PO, NSW 2142. Only photocopies of original detailed printed receipts verifying purchase of the products will be accepted. Hand written receipt(s) or delivery dockets will not be accepted. "Claim Form" means the official document containing these Terms and Conditions, which must be used by claimants to claim the Air Fryer Basket back from the Promoter. 5. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost or misdirected mail. 6. The Promoter's decision on all matters pertaining to this Promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.
