Assembly Steps

  1. Step 1: Assemble the main frame. Insert the connecting rod (121030) into the two frame pieces. Secure with 8x nuts (104875) and 8x bolts (142774) using the Allen key (108490). Attach the crank bracket (142605) and (142606) to the frame using the provided screws.
  2. Step 2: Attach the connector plates (119500) to the frame using 4x bolts (107625).
  3. Step 3: Connect the two leg sections. Insert the connecting rod (121030) and secure with 8x bolts (10036539) and the Allen key (124325).
  4. Step 4: Attach the remaining leg sections using 2x bolts (10036539) and the Allen key (124325).
  5. Step 5: Attach the table top supports to the legs using 2x bolts (124334) and the Allen key (124325).
  6. Step 6: Screw the 4x feet (112762) into the bottom of the legs.
  7. Step 7: Insert the connecting rod (121030) into the mechanism.
  8. Step 8: Slide the mechanism into place and secure it.
  9. Step 9: Connect the crank handle (108490) to the mechanism.
  10. Step 10: Adjust the height of the desk by turning the crank handle.
  11. Step 11: Attach the brackets (142605 and 142606) to the underside of the table top using screws (107625). Ensure the correct orientation as shown in the diagrams.
  12. Step 12: Carefully place the assembled underframe onto the table top and align the holes.
  13. Step 13: Secure the underframe to the table top using 4x bolts (107625).
  14. Step 14: Connect the crank mechanism to the underframe.
  15. Step 15: Insert the crank handle into the mechanism.
  16. Step 16: Turn the crank handle to adjust the desk height. A click sound indicates proper engagement.
  17. Step 17: Attach the wheels (105021) and washers (120781) to the leg bottoms.
  18. Step 18: Flip the desk upright. Adjust the feet (112762) to level the desk.
  19. Step 19: Operate the desk by turning the crank handle to raise or lower the height.
  20. Step 20: Attach the connecting rods (124325) to the desk mechanism.
