Warranty Terms and Limitations

Kucht's warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use. The following conditions are excluded:

• Failures resulting from misuse, abuse, rust or corrosion, spilled liquids, or foreign objects found inside the unit.
• Damage caused by accident, theft, fire, flood, or external factors such as blown fuses, inadequate electrical power, or utility line issues beyond the equipment.
• Any use of the product not authorized by the manufacturer.
• Deterioration of the product's appearance, including cosmetic parts such as paint, porcelain, glass, dents, scratches, chips, rust, or peeling.
• Damage resulting from unauthorized replacement parts, improper service, or modifications made to the product.

Limit of Liability: Kucht's maximum liability for product replacement or repair shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Kucht reserves the right to repair or replace the covered product with a comparable model. Kucht is released from all liability due to indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.

Installation Clearances

To ensure safe operation and proper ventilation, specific minimum clearances must be maintained around the gas range. The following dimensions are critical:

• Minimum Clearance: 35 inches (889mm) is required on all sides of the unit.
