Press button D once to select the value you want to set (for time, after setting the hands, they will automatically move to the correct position). After selecting the desired value, press again. Use buttons A and B to adjust the values. Press button M to confirm and exit.
Units (Units): Press D to enter this function. You will see options like 12/24 hour time, temperature, air pressure, altitude, weight, pedometer, and time mode. Press D to enter the desired setting, and use buttons A and B to adjust the values. Press M to return.
Other Modes: Button D allows you to switch to Pedometer, Stopwatch, Countdown Timer, and World Time modes directly from time mode without entering the menu.

Countdown Timer: Press button A to start/stop. Press and hold button B to reset.
Altimeter and Barometer:
The altimeter and barometer measure based on continuous air pressure measurement. In Altimeter mode, altitude is calculated based on calibration data and reference altitude data. Press button A to return to the main time mode. The display shows current altitude. Press button B to view relative altitude, temperature, ascent, and speed data. Important: For accurate temperature readings, remove the watch and let it sit for 10 minutes, as body heat can affect accuracy. Press and hold button B to reset relative altitude data.
Barometer: Displays current air pressure and air pressure at sea level. The upper part of the screen shows a graph of air pressure changes. Press button A to switch between air pressure data. Current air pressure, current temperature, and current time are switched in the lower part by pressing button B. The air pressure graph records changes over 24 hours with a 30-minute recording interval.
Compass:
For accurate compass readings, the watch must be level. If there is no operation for 30 seconds, the compass enters power-saving mode. Press C to reactivate. For correct readings, calibration is necessary as the geomagnetic field can affect performance. To calibrate, press B to enter calibration mode. Keep the watch level and rotate it 2-3 full circles until the compass enters compass mode. Magnetic declination is the angle between magnetic north and true north. Magnetic north and geographic north are not in the same location, so a compass is needed to set the magnetic field. Magnetic north can change annually, so it is recommended to find the most up-to-date data online. In compass mode, the watch rotates clockwise. The arrow at the top of the screen points forward, and the compass arrow indicates the direct direction on the lower left screen. Direction data is displayed on the right side of the lower screen. In compass mode, the hour and minute hands are aligned.
Compass Calibration: Keep the watch level.
Rotate the watch clockwise (each circle is 30 seconds) until the compass functions correctly.
Magnetic Declination Settings: Press button A or B to set magnetic declination. Press A or B to increase or decrease the value. Press and hold M to save data and exit.
Diving:
In time mode, press and hold button B to enter diving mode. Press and hold button A to start/stop diving. The diving icon "T" will appear/disappear. The watch will automatically measure water depth every second. When diving in open water, the "V" icon will be displayed. The right side shows depth data, and the lower part shows the current temperature. When the depth reaches approximately 50m, the screen will display "Full" or "50 meters". Important: The watch supports a maximum diving depth of 50 meters.
Setting Diving Mode: In time mode, press and hold button D to enter the MENU. Press A or B to navigate to DIVE, then press M to enter DEEP ALARM mode.
Press A and B to scroll, to add or decrease data, press and hold A or B to quickly add or decrease data. Press M to confirm and return to the previous item. This means the sound reminder function is enabled. When you set the dive number, the watch will sound an alarm. When the alarm depth setting reaches the maximum (50 meters), the watch will sound an alarm and display "Full" or "165Ft". You can change the depth or disable the sound alert according to your preferences (0 for disabled sound alert).
Pedometer: Automatically counts steps.
Important: This model is water-resistant to 20 ATM, meaning you can swim in pools or the sea, and even scuba dive. However, be cautious when taking hot showers, as sudden temperature changes can damage the internal mechanism.
