Smart Watch User Manual

Downloading and Connecting with Da Fit APP

To use your smart watch, you need to download and install the Da Fit APP.

  1. Download and install the Da Fit APP.
  2. Scan the QR code with your mobile phone to download the APP.
  3. For iOS systems, select the App Store, search for "Da Fit App", and download it.
  4. For Android systems, select Google Play to download and install the Da Fit App, or scan the QR code to download.

Note: Your mobile phone must support Android 5.1 or iOS 8.0 or above, and Bluetooth 4.0 or above.

To connect the smart watch, click on "Add Device" within the Da Fit APP.

Connecting Smart Watch with Da Fit APP

After scanning, click on your device in the device list to connect it directly to your Android system.

For iOS systems, a Bluetooth pairing request will appear. Click "Pair" to confirm.

Once connected, the screen will indicate "Successfully connected".

To allow the watch to display all phone notifications, click "Allow" when prompted.

For both Android and iOS, click on the "Notifications" tab in the Da Fit app to manage which notifications are displayed. It is recommended to enable all notifications for ease of use.

Bluetooth Calling Function

This watch features Bluetooth calling, allowing you to make calls directly from the watch without needing to open your phone. You can also view call history. Ensure a stable Bluetooth connection between the watch and phone for this function.

The watch is equipped with a built-in microphone and speaker for calls, music, and notifications.

Part A: How to Connect

Step 1: After connecting the watch to the Da Fit App, navigate to your phone's Bluetooth settings and pair the watch.

For iOS: Switch on Bluetooth in your phone's settings. The available device should appear as "Audio_BSW005". It will show "Connected" once paired.

For Android: Switch on Bluetooth in your phone's settings. The available device should appear as "Audio_BSW005". Accept the Bluetooth Pairing Request.

Once accepted, the screen will display "Connected for calls & audio".

Step 2: Using the Phone Function

Swipe right on the watch to access the phone function. After successful Bluetooth connection, you will see the phone interface.

You can view recent calls by clicking on "RECENT CALL".

Clicking on the "DIAL PAD" will display a number pad on your watch.

Once a number is dialed, a call button will appear in the right corner.

You can talk through the watch using its microphone and adjust the speaker volume using the '+' and '-' buttons. Press the red button to disconnect the call.

Part B: How to Disconnect

To disconnect Bluetooth calling, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and "unpair" the "Audio_BSW005" device.

The "Calls" button on the extreme left top of the watch interface can also be used to connect/disconnect Bluetooth calling with a single touch.

Part C: Add Contacts

You can add up to 8 contacts to your watch. Go to the "Favourite Contacts" section in the Da Fit App to add contacts. The selected contacts will sync to your watch.

Click on "Favorite Contacts" in the Da Fit app to add contacts.

Select the contacts you wish to add from your phone's address book. The contacts will then be added to your watch.

Part D: Switch between Phone / Watch

During an active call, if your watch is connected to your phone via Bluetooth, calls will come to the watch by default. To switch the call to your phone, click the "Audio_BSW005" Bluetooth icon to unselect it during the active call.

Part E: Listen to Music

You can listen to music on your watch when it's connected to your phone via Bluetooth. You can play, pause, and control your favorite songs directly from the watch.

Part F: Battery Advisory

Battery Life:

  • The battery lasts for 24 hours with Bluetooth calling mode enabled.
  • If Bluetooth calling mode is disabled, the battery can last for 5 days.
  • On standby, the battery can last for up to 30 days.

Advisory: To conserve battery, it is advised to turn off Bluetooth when not in use.

Part G: Call Reset in Case Bluetooth Connection is Lost

If the Bluetooth connection for voice calls gets disconnected and the watch is not visible in your phone's Bluetooth devices list (i.e., you don't see "Audio_BSW005"), please reset the call connection by clicking the call reset button in the main menu.

Click on the Settings Icon ⚙️.

Confirm the reset process by selecting the checkmark ✔️.

Functions Navigation

The watch screen can be navigated by sliding left/right or up/down.

Watch Face Functions Navigation and Button Instructions

The watch features a full touch control screen with a reflective display and a button.

Functions Navigation: The screen can be navigated by sliding left/right or up/down.

By default, the watch face page is displayed. From the watch face page, you can:

  • Slide down to view watch settings. The Phone Icon ? needs to be clicked to connect to Bluetooth calling. Other options include Brightness ?, Weather ☁️, Menu ☰, Info ℹ️, and Settings ⚙️.
  • Slide up to view messages and other notifications.

  • Slide left to view the quick menu, allowing access to any function with a single click.
  • Slide right to view phone, music, steps, sleep, heart rate, SPO2, and weather data.

On each function screen, sliding down provides more details.

SPO2: Displays oxygen saturation percentage. Includes reference values and a 7-day data chart.

Heart Rate: Displays current heart rate in BPM. Includes HR zones and a 24-hour HR chart.

Touch Button Operations

Short press from the side button:

  • To unlock the screen in the lock screen status.
  • To return to the watch face page from the first-level menu entry in the unlocked status.

  • To turn on the watch in the power-off status.

Watch Wearing and Charging

It is recommended to wear the watch with moderate tightness, about two fingers away from your wrist, to ensure the optical heart rate monitor works properly.

Charging:

  • Plug the charger's USB port into a mobile phone charger or a computer USB port to charge the watch.
  • Attach the charging pin to charge the smart watch.
  • The charging icon will appear on the screen, indicating that the watch is being charged.
  • It is recommended to use computer USB ports or brand mobile phone chargers.

Detailed Function Descriptions

Steps: The watch automatically tracks steps. Your movement stats reset to 0 at midnight.

Sleep: Wear the watch while sleeping to track hours slept and sleep quality. Sleep stats reset to 0 at 8 PM.

Exercise: This feature includes 8 exercise modes: Running, Walking, Cycling, Skipping, Football, Basketball, Badminton, Swimming.

Heart Rate: The watch records your heart rate throughout the day. You can tap the page to start measuring.

Music: Remotely control your phone's music player once the watch is connected.

Oxygen Tracking (SPO2): Tap the SPO2 page to start measuring and view previous data. Includes reference values and data charts.

Weather: View current weather and forecast for tomorrow. This information is synced from the app. The watch needs to be connected to your phone via Bluetooth for updates. Weather alerts can be toggled in the Da Fit App settings.

Camera: Remotely control your phone's camera once the watch is connected.

Settings

The settings page provides access to various features:

  • Stopwatch: Begin, close, and stop time lines.
  • Vibration: Turn vibration on or off.
  • Timer: A countdown timer to count time forward, set goals, and finish events on time.
  • Alarm: The watch vibrates to remind you when the mobile phone alarm rings.
  • Phone: Make calls directly from the watch.
  • Brightness: Adjust screen brightness using a slider.
  • Theater: Dim brightness and mute vibration.
  • Factory reset: Reset all data. Requires re-connecting the watch afterwards.
  • About: View firmware version and Bluetooth address.
  • Power off: Turn off the watch.
  • App QR Code: Scan to download the Da Fit app.

Other Settings

Watch Face

Replace the Watch Face on the Watch: Long press the screen to access watch face options. Scroll left and click to select your desired watch face. Alternatively, slide down to Settings, select "Dial Switch", and swipe left to choose a watch face.

Replace the Watch Face on the App: Tap the "Profile" -> "BSW005" page, then go to "Watch face settings" to download and sync watch faces from the Watch Face Store.

Notifications

Enable Notifications

During use, enable "App alerts" in the Da Fit App and ensure the watch and mobile phone are connected.

For iOS devices, pair the watch with your phone's Bluetooth before use.

For Android devices, include the Da Fit App in your phone's whitelist or self-starting list in background settings to prevent it from being closed by the system. This ensures reminders are received.

View Notifications

When a notification alert is received, the watch will vibrate and display the content. If not viewed immediately, slide up on the watch face page to go to messages and check the notification.

Workout

Sliding left on the watch face page makes Activity app items visible. For more information, refer to the "Introduction to the Workout Function" section.

Weather

The weather page displays current and next-day weather information synced from the app. Keep Bluetooth connected to receive the latest weather changes and alerts.

Settings (Detailed)

In the settings page, you can find options for Stopwatch, Alarm, Countdown, Brightness, Vibration, Theatre, Reset, About, Power off, and App QR Code.

Stopwatch: Begin and close any time line and stop the watch.

Vibration: Turn the watch's vibration on or off.

Timer: A countdown timer for time forward counting, goal setting, and event timing.

Alarm: The watch vibrates to remind you when a mobile phone alarm rings.

Phone: Make calls directly from the watch.

Brightness: Adjust screen brightness.

Theater: Dim brightness and mute vibration.

Factory reset: Reset all data. Requires re-connection.

About: View firmware version and Bluetooth address.

Power off: Turn off the watch.

App QR Code: Scan to download the app.

DND, Style, Dial Watch

DND (Do Not Disturb): Puts the watch into DND mode, stopping message pushes.

Watch Status Reminder

Incoming Call: The watch vibrates to remind you of incoming calls, allowing you to answer or reject them.

Idle alerts: If you sit for too long, the watch vibrates to remind you to get up. Enable this in "Profile" -> "My devices" -> "Idle alerts" on the Da Fit App.

Watch Alarm Alert

When the mobile phone alarm rings, the watch vibrates to remind you. Enable "Watch alarm alert" in "Profile" -> "My devices" on the Da Fit App.

Introduction to the Workout Function

Start Workouts:

  • Select a workout type in the Activity entry and enable it.
  • Press and hold the touch button to quickly start a preset workout.

The watch supports: Walking, Running, Cycling, Skipping, Football, Basketball, Badminton.

Before starting a workout, check if the watch has enough storage space.

Daily Maintenance of the Watch

  1. The watch is not resistant to erosive liquids like seawater, acidic/alkaline solutions, or chemical reagents. Damages from misuse are not covered under warranty.
  2. Do not use detergents, hand sanitizer, or bath foam for cleaning to avoid skin irritation or device corrosion.
  3. Do not swim or shower with your smartwatch.

Precautions

  • The watch has an IP67 water and dustproof rating but is not suitable for swimming or bathing.
  • Do not operate the watch underwater. After contact with water, wipe it dry with a soft cloth before operating the touch screen or charging.
  • The watch is not resistant to erosive liquids. Damages from misuse are not covered under warranty.
