Product Overview

Wear

Step 1: Choose the comfortable eartips

Select the eartips (S, M, or L) that provide the best fit and comfort for your ears.

Step 2: Wear it in ear and adjust to a comfortable position

Place the right and left headphones in the correct ears and adjust them for a secure and comfortable fit.

Power On

Auto Power On:

Open the charging case; the earbuds will power on automatically.

Manual Power On:

Long tap on the touch control area of one earbud for 2 seconds. The earbud will power on, and its light will become blue.

Power Off

Method 1:

Put both earbuds into the charging case and close the case. The earbuds will power off automatically.

Method 2:

This method is for earbuds not yet paired with your device. Long tap on either earbud for 5 seconds. The light on the earbud will flash red, then the earbud will power off.

Pairing

Stereo Mode

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will power on automatically, connect with each other, and wait to pair with your phone.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and search for "X08". Choose "X08", and the earbuds will connect with your phone.

Single Earbud Mode

1. Take one earbud (Left or Right) out from the charging case and close the case.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone and choose "X08". The earbud will pair successfully with your phone.

Note: The earbuds can be used individually or simultaneously.

Phone Calls Control

• Answer / End Calls: Double tap on either earbud.
• Reject Calls: Long tap on either earbud for 2 seconds.

Music

• Pause / Play: Tap once on either earbud. (Symbol: ▶/‖)
• Volume +: Long tap on the right earbud.
• Volume -: Long tap on the left earbud.
• Voice Assistant: Quick triple tap on the right or left earbud.
• Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud. (Symbol: ⏪)
• Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud. (Symbol: ⏩)

Charging

Earbuds Charging

Put both earbuds into the charging case and close the case. The earbuds will begin charging, and the LED power display on the case will show movement.

Charging for the case

Method 1: Use the provided USB-C charging cable to connect an adapter (not provided) to your charging case.

Method 2: Place the charging case on a wireless charger (not provided). Keep the LED power display facing up; the case will be charged automatically.

Note: For Method 2, place the charging case on the wireless charger until the LED power display flashes, which indicates the case is being charged.

Safety Instruction

1. Using earphones at high to moderate volumes for extended periods can result in permanent hearing damage. It is advised to keep volume levels moderate to low for safety.
2. Do not use while driving a car, cycling, operating machinery, or performing other activities that require hearing surrounding sounds.
3. Do not use earphones in thunderstorm weather. The earphone may not work properly in such conditions and increases the risk of lightning strikes.
4. Earphones may not work properly under high temperature or high humidity conditions. Do not use any corrosive cleaner/oil to clean the earphone.
5. If the earphone comes into contact with liquids, quickly wipe them away.
6. If submerged in water, do not turn the earphone on until completely dried. (Tip: Liquid submersion voids the warranty.)
7. Keep the earphone and packaging out of reach of children.
8. Always use the original charging cable provided by the earphone manufacturer for charging and choose the correct adapter.

FAQ

Q: Why can't these earbuds pair with my mobile phones?

A:

1. Ensure the earbuds are fully charged and powered on.
2. Ensure your phone's Bluetooth is turned on.
3. If the above two points are not the issue, put the earbuds back into the case, close the case, hold for 1 minute, then open the charging case and reconnect the earbuds with your phone.

Q: Why does the music cut in or cut out?

A: First, ensure the distance between the earbuds and your phone is not more than 33 feet (without obstacles). If the distance is less than 33 feet, consider these tips:

1. Ensure there is no obstacle between the earbuds and your device.
2. Ensure there is no microwave oven/Wi-Fi transmitter around you, as these are likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption.

Q: Why are the earbuds not charging or disconnecting from my phone even when placed in the case and the case is closed?

A: Ensure the charging case is not at a low battery level. If the charging case battery is low, the earbuds cannot be charged or disconnected even when in the case. Use the Type-C cable to fully charge the case.

Q: How to contact Customer Service?
