L'indicatore lampeggia e segnala l'attuale stato del programma. La fiamma deve spegnersi. Se la fiamma non dovesse spe- gnersi, significa che si � verificato un errore. Controllare il cablaggio � vedi capitolo "Cablaggio". ATTENZIONE! L'errore deve essere eliminato prima che l'apparecchio possa essere azionato senza sorveglianza. Bei St�rungen der Anlage schlie�t der Gasfeuerungsautomat die Gasventile, die Anzeige blinkt und zeigt den aktuellen Programmstatus an. l St�rungen nur durch die hier beschriebenen Ma�nahmen beseitigen � l Entriegeln, der IFD l�uft wieder an� Der IFD kann nur entriegelt werden, wenn die Anzeige blinkt, nicht wenn das Flammensignal oder ein Parameter angezeigt wird. In diesen F�llen den Entriegelung/ Info-Taster so lange dr�cken, bis die Anzeige blinkt, oder das Ger�t aus- und wieder einschalten. Jetzt kann der IFD entriegelt werden. In linea di massima il ripristino (a distanza) deve essere effettuato esclusivamente da personale specializzato incaricato e tenendo costantemente sotto controllo il bruciatore da ripristinare. In caso di guasti dell'impianto l'apparecchiatura di controllo fiamma chiude le valvole del gas, l'indicatore lampeggia e segnala l'attuale stato del programma. l Intervenire sui guasti ricorrendo esclusivamente ai provvedimenti descritti in questo manuale � l Provvedere al ripristino, l'IFD si avvia nuovamente � L'IFD pu� essere ripristinato solo se l'indicatore lampeggia e non si sono visualizzati il segnale di fiamma o un parametro. In questi casi tenere premuto il tasto reset/informazione fino a quando l'indicatore lampeggia oppure spegnere e riaccendere l'apparecchio. Adesso si pu� ripristinare l'IFD. Qualora l'IFD non reagisca nonostante l'eliminazione di tutti i guasti � l Smontare l'apparecchio e inviarlo al costruttore per una verifica. Si hay aver�as en la instalaci�n, el control de quemador cierra las v�lvulas del gas, el indicador parpadea e indica el estado actual del programa. l Solucionar las aver�as solamente mediante las medidas que aqu� se describen � l Desbloquear y el IFD arrancar� de nuevo � El IFD s�lo puede desbloquearse cuando el indicador parpadea, no cuando se muestra la se�al de llama o un par�metro. En estos casos presionar el pulsador de desbloqueo/ informaci�n hasta que el indicador parpadee, o bien desconectar y volver a conectar el dispositivo. Ahora se puede desbloquear el IFD. Il rapporto gas-aria non � corretto � ! La fiamma non ha contatto con la massa del bruciatore a causa delle pressioni troppo elevate del gas o dell'aria � ! Il bruciatore o l'IFD non sono stati messi a terra (correttamente) � ! Cortocircuito o interruzione sulla linea del segnale di fiamma � IFD 244: ! Fase (L1) e neutro a massa (N) invertiti � l Collegare L1 al morsetto 1 e N al morsetto 2. IFD 258: ! Il valore impostato per la sensibilit� di disinserimento � troppo elevato � ! Sonda UV sporca � l Eliminare i difetti. ? Avvio � scintilla di accensione assente, non arriva gas � l'indi catore lampeggia e riporta 02 ? ! Cortocircuito nell'uscita di accensione o della valvola � l Controllare il cablaggio. l Sostituire il fusibile a filo sottile: 3,15 A, ad azione ritardata, H. Il fusibile assicura solo l'uscita di accensione! Dopo un cortocircuito sull'uscita della valvola si aziona un fusibile interno all'apparecchio che non pu� essere sostituito. Kurzschluss oder Unterbrechung an der Flammensignalleitung � IFD 258: ! Der eingestellte Wert f�r die Abschaltempfindlichkeit ist zu gro߭ ! Verschmutzte UV-Sonde � l Fehler beseitigen. ? Anzeige blinkt und zeigt 09 ? ! Ansteuerung des Eingangs -Signal (Klemme 3) ist fehlerhaft. ! Zu h�ufige Ansteuerung des -Signals w�hrend der Sicherheitszeit im Anlauf tSA. Der Anlauf des Ger�tes wurde 4� hintereinander innerhalb der Sicherheitszeit abgebrochen. l Ursache beheben. Mindesteinschaltzeit des -Signals (Klemme 3): IFD..-3: 8 s IFD..-5: 10 s IFD..-10: 15 s Diese Zeiten d�rfen nicht unterschritten werden, sonst kann der Gasfeuerungsautomat den Brenner nicht �berwachen. 04 09 Checking the safety function l Close the manual valve. l Start the automatic burner control unit several times and check that it operates safely. l If it does not operate correctly, return the automatic burner control unit to the manufacturer. ? Operation � flame burning � burner interrupted � the display blinks and indicates 04 ? ! Flame failure during operation. l Read off flame signal (parameter 01 � see section entitled "Reading off the flame signal and the parameters"). If the flame signal is lower than the switch-off threshold (parameter 04), this may be attributable to the following causes: ! Short-circuit on the ionization electrode as the result of soot, dirt or moisture on the insulator � ! Ionization electrode not correctly positioned at the flame edge � ! Gas/air ratio incorrect � ! Flame not contacting burner ground as the result of excessively high gas or air pressure � ! Burner or IFD not (adequately) grounded � ! Short-circuit or discontinuity on the flame signal cable � IFD 258: ! The set value for the cut-off sensitivity is too high � ! Soiled UV sensor � l Remedy fault. ? Court-circuit ou coupure sur le c�ble du signal de flamme � IFD 258 : ! La valeur r�gl�e pour la sensibilit� de coupure est trop �lev�e � ! Cellule UV encrass�e � l �liminer le d�faut. ? L'affichage clignote et indique 09 ? ! Commande de l'entr�e du signal (borne 3) incorrecte. ! Activation du signal trop fr�quente durant le temps de s�curit� au d�marrage tSA. Le d�marrage de l'appareil a �t� interrompu plus de 4 � successivement durant le temps de s�curit�. l �liminer la cause du d�faut. Wanneer het vlamsignaal beneden de uitschakeldrempel ligt (parameter 04) kunnen de volgende oorzaken aanwezig zijn: ! Kortsluiting op de ionisatiepen door roet, verontreiniging of vocht op de isolator � ! Ionisatiepen zit niet juist op de vlamzoom � ! Gas-lucht-verhouding klopt niet � ! Vlam heeft geen contact met de massa van de brander, door te hoge gas- of luchtdruk � ! Brander of IFD zijn niet (toereikend) geaard � ! Kortsluiting of onderbreking aan de vlamsignaalkabel � IFD 258: ! De ingestelde waarde voor de uitschakelgevoeligheid is te groot � ! Verontreinigde UV-sonde � l Fout verhelpen. ? Het display knippert en toont 09 ? ! Fout in de aansturing van de ingang voor het -signaal (klem 3). ! Te vaak aansturen van het -signaal tijdens de veiligheidstijd bij het opstarten tSA. Het opstarten van het apparaat werd binnen de veiligheidstijd 4� achter elkaar afgebroken. l De oorzaak verhelpen. Minimum inschakeltijd van het -signaal (klem 3): IFD..-3: 8 s IFD..-5: 10 s IFD..-10: 15 s Deze tijden mogen niet onderschreden worden, anders kan de branderautomaat de brander niet bewaken. L'avvio dell'apparecchio � stato interrotto 4 � consecutive nell'arco del tempo di sicurezza. l Eliminare la causa. Tempo minimo di accensione del segnale (morsetto 3): IFD..-3: 8 s IFD..-5: 10 s IFD..-10: 15 s Non si deve scendere al di sotto di questi tempi, altrimenti l'apparecchiatura di controllo fiamma non pu� controllare il bruciatore. El arranque del dispositivo ha sido cancelado cuatro veces seguidos durante el tiempo de seguridad. l Corregir la causa. Tiempo m�nimo de conexi�n de la se�al (borne 3): IFD..-3: 8 s IFD..-5: 10 s IFD..-10: 15 s Estos tiempos no se deben acortar, ya que de lo contrario el control de quemador no podr� controlar el quemador. - 13 - ? Die Ursache wird nicht dadurch behoben, indem immer wieder nach einer St�rabschaltung entriegelt wird! l Fernentriegelung auf Normkonformit�t (EN 746 erlaubt nur eine Entriegelung unter Aufsicht) pr�fen und gegebenenfalls korrigieren. Nur manuell unter Aufsicht den IFD entriegeln. l Entriegelung/Info-Taster an dem IFD bet�tigen. ? Anzeige blinkt und zeigt 28 ? ! Ein interner Ger�tefehler liegt vor. l IFD ausbauen und zum Hersteller schicken. ? Anzeige blinkt und zeigt 29 ? ! Ein interner Ger�tefehler liegt vor. l Ger�t entriegeln. ? Anzeige blinkt und zeigt 31 ? ! Abnorme Datenver�nderung im Bereich der werkseitig eingestellten Parameter des IFD. l Ursache f�r St�rung kl�ren, um Wiederholungsfehler zu vermeiden. l Auf fachgerechte Verlegung der Leitungen achten � siehe Kapitel ,,Leitung verlegen". l Helfen die beschriebenen Ma�nahmen nicht mehr, Ger�t ausbauen und zum �berpr�fen an den Hersteller schicken. ? Anzeige blinkt und zeigt 32 ? ! Versorgungsspannung zu nied- rig. l IFD im angegebenen Netzspan- nungsbereich (Netzspannung +10/-15 %, 50/60 Hz) betreiben. ! Ein interner Ger�tefehler liegt vor. l Ger�t ausbauen und zum �berpr�fen an den Hersteller schicken. 10 28 29 31 32 ? The display blinks and indi cates 10 ? ! The actuation of the input for the remote reset is faulty. ! Too many remote resets. It has been reset more that 5 � within the last 15 minutes, either automatically or manually � ! Fault caused by another previous fault which is signalled because the actual cause has not been remedied, for example. l Pay attention to previous error messages. l Remedy cause. The cause will not be remedied by performing a reset every time a fault lock-out occurs. l Check whether remote reset complies with standards (EN 746 allows resetting only under supervision) and correct if necessary. The IFD may only be reset manually under supervision. l Press the Reset/Information button on the IFD. ? The display blinks and indi cates 28 ? ! The unit has suffered an internal fault. l Remove the IFD and return it to the manufacturer. ? The display blinks and indi cates 29 ? ! The unit has suffered an internal fault. l Reset the unit. ? The display blinks and indi cates 31 ? ! Abnormal data change in the factory default parameter settings of the IFD. l Establish the cause of the fault to avoid repeat faults. l Ensure that the cables have been installed properly � see section entitled "Cable installation". l If the measures described above do not help, remove the unit and return it to the manufacturer for inspection. ? The display blinks and indi cates 32 ? ! Supply voltage too low. l Operate the IFD in the specified mains voltage range (mains voltage +10/-15%, 50/60 Hz). ! The unit has suffered an internal fault. l Remove the unit and return it to the manufacturer for inspection. ? L'affichage clignote et indique 10 ? ! Modification anormale des donn�es dans la gamme des param�tres de l'IFD r�gl�s en usine. l Identifier les causes du d�faut afin d'�viter de r�p�ter ces erreurs. l V�rifier la conformit� de la pose des c�bles � voir le chapitre � Pose des c�bles �. l Si les mesures d�crites ne permettent plus de r�soudre le probl�me, d�monter l'appareil et l'exp�dier au fabricant pour contr�le. ? De oorzaak wordt niet verholpen door telkens na een uitschakeling opnieuw te ontgrendelen! l Ontgrendeling op afstand op normconformiteit (EN 746 staat alleen een ontgrendeling onder toezicht toe) controleren en eventueel corrigeren. Uitsluitend manueel onder toezicht van de IFD ontgrendelen. l Ontgrendeling/info-drukknop op de IFD indrukken. ? Het display knippert en toont 28 ? ! Er is een interne technische fout aanwezig. l De IFD demonteren en in de fabriek laten nakijken. ? Het display knippert en toont 29 ? ! Er is een interne technische fout aanwezig. l Het apparaat ontgrendelen. ? Het display knippert en toont 31 ? ! Abnormale gegevenswijziging in de fabrieksmatig ingestelde parameters van de IFD. l Oorzaak van de storing ophelderen om herhalingsfouten te voorkomen. l Op deskundige montage van de leidingen letten � zie het hoofdstuk "Bedrading installeren". l Helpen de beschreven maatregelen niet meer, het apparaat demonteren en in de fabriek laten nakijken. ? Het display knippert en toont 32 ? ! De voedingsspanning is te laag. l De IFD binnen het aangegeven netspanningsbereik (netspanning +10/-15%, 50/60 Hz) laten werken. ! Er is een interne technische fout aanwezig. l Apparaat demonteren en in de fabriek laten nakijken. ? L'indicatore lampeggia e ripor ta 10 ? ! La causa non si elimina effettuando ripetutamente il ripristino dopo un blocco per la presenza di un guasto! l Controllare che il ripristino a distanza sia conforme alle norme (EN 746 consente solo un ripristino sotto controllo) ed eventualmente adeguarlo. Ripristinare l'IFD solo manualmente e sotto controllo. l Premere il tasto reset/informazione sull'IFD. ? L'indicatore lampeggia e ripor ta 28 ? ! Presenza di un difetto interno dell'apparecchio. l Smontare l'IFD e inviarlo al costruttore. ? L'indicatore lampeggia e ripor ta 29 ? ! Presenza di un difetto interno dell'apparecchio. l Ripristinare l'apparecchio. ? L'indicatore lampeggia e ripor ta 31 ? ! Consistente variazione di dati nell'ambito dei parametri dell'IFD impostati di default. l Identificare le cause dell'anomalia, per evitare che si ripeta. l Verificare che i conduttori siano posati a regola d'arte � vedi capitolo "Posa dei conduttori". l Se i rimedi descritti non risultano pi� di aiuto, smontare l'apparecchio e inviarlo al costruttore per una verifica. ?
