300W PORTABLE ENERGY STORAGE

This product is a 300W portable energy storage device.

FIRST CHARGE FOR THE PRODUCT!

The first charge is crucial to the product's battery performance. During charging, plug the product into the AC power socket until fully charged.

WARNING

Always follow basic precautions when using this product, including but not limited to:

• DO NOT use YP-300W in excess of its output rating. Overload outputs above rating may result in a risk of fire or injury to persons, even though it has built-in overload protection.
• DO NOT use YP-300W or AC Wall plug power adapter if it is damaged or has been modified. Damaged or modified batteries may exhibit unpredictable behavior resulting in fire, explosion, or risk of injury.
• DO NOT subject to vibration, impacts, or drops. Secure YP-300W during transport. The housing may not show signs of damage, but internal components may have been compromised. It is advisable to replace it if any such severe events occur.
• DO NOT expose YP-300W to moisture, rain, or snow.
• DO NOT charge, use, or store YP-300W in a bathroom or in an area exposed to rain or moisture.
• DO NOT leave children or persons with reduced physical/sensory or mental capabilities/lack of experience and knowledge unsupervised with YP-300W unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning its use by a person responsible for their safety.
• DO NOT attempt to repair YP-300W or AC Wall plug power adapter. There are no user-serviceable components inside.
• DO NOT handle YP-300W with wet hands.
• DO NOT place YP-300W on its side or upside down while in use or in storage.
• DO NOT expose the product to fire or excessive temperatures (≥100℃).

If rust, odor, overheating, or other abnormal circumstances are observed, stop using and contact NEXPOW customer service.

Children should be supervised to ensure that they DO NOT play with the YP-300W alone.

The YP-300W is only used for emergency power station; it cannot replace the standard AC or DC power of household appliances or digital products.

Keep away from high voltage electrical fields.

TIPS

• There is a protective film on the screen.
• To activate AC output function, long press the AC/DC output switch for 3 seconds. The output function of the product AC is turned on.
• It is recommended to use 50~100W, 12~18V solar charging panels.
• When using the Type-C socket, please use the standard Type-C data cable.
• It is recommended to use the DC5521 data cable when using solar charging panels.
• This portable power station is not equipped with a solar charging panel; it needs to be purchased separately.

CHARGING

CHARGE THROUGH AC POWER ADAPTER

Before using or storing the product, please charge it with the charger. The display screen will show the current charging ratio. When the display shows full battery power, it means full. The charging process takes about 8 hours.

CHARGE VIA USB-PD INTERFACE

Charge using the USB-PD interface; the display screen will show the current charging ratio when charging. When the display shows full battery power, it means full. The charging process takes about 8 hours.

CHARGE VIA CAR CHARGER

Connect the car charger with the power input interface, and the display screen will show the current charging ratio when charging. When the display shows full battery power, it means full. The charging process takes about 8 hours.

SOLAR CHARGING (OPTIONAL)

The solar photovoltaic panels charge the product through the DC input port. Put the solar photovoltaic panel in a position with as much direct sunlight as possible, adjust the angle of the solar photovoltaic panel, and make the charging power reach the maximum value. It takes about 12 hours to fully charge.

HOW TO OPERATE

• USB interface: Click the USB output switch on the front of the product. The LCD will turn on, and USB1/USB2/USB3/USB4 will turn on the output function. Click the switch again to turn off the LCD and the USB1/USB2/USB3/USB4 output function.
• USB-C interface: When using this interface for output, directly plug the USB-C cable into the interface without clicking the USB output switch.
• LED lighting: Use the ON/OFF LED lighting switch on the side of the product. The product turns on white light. Click the switch again to switch to yellow lighting, and click the switch again to turn off the LED lighting.

• LED warning lighting: Click the SOS LED warning lighting switch on the side of the product. The product will start flashing white light. Then click the switch, the product will start blinking yellow. Click the switch again, the product warning function will be turned off.
• LED lighting and warning lighting switch: Product LED lighting and warning lighting functions can be switched. When lighting is turned on, click the SOS LED warning lighting switch to switch to flashing warning lighting.
• DC output: Click the AC/DC output switch on the right side of the product to turn on the product's DC output function. Click the switch again to turn off the product's DC output function.
• AC output function: Long press the AC/DC output switch for 3 seconds to turn the product's AC output function on. Long press the AC/DC output switch for 3 seconds again to turn the product's AC output function off. DC output and AC output can be turned on at the same time.
• The AC output power of the equipment lasts 300W (peak transient 500W), and the power will be automatically turned off when the product exceeds the maximum power. Ensure that the product is not overloaded to prevent damage.

Note: When the AC power port is not in use, press the switch to turn it off to save power.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE RANGE

Low temperature may affect the battery capacity of the product. The product can be used at temperatures ranging from -20°C to -40°C.

When not in use, fully charge the product every 3 months and store it in a cool, dry place.

COMMON PROBLEMS

• What material is the battery composition?
  This product USES 18650 cylindrical lithium ion battery.
• How to determine whether the product has been charged?
  Please observe the status of the LED display. The battery indicator will show a lightning symbol when charging, and the indicator will be full when fully charged.
• Can the product be taken on the plane?
  No, because this product contains a large number of lithium-ion batteries, the maximum power can reach 296WH, which is regarded as dangerous by airlines.
• How to calculate the working times for Your Device?
  Working time = 296Wh * 0.85 / operate power of your device. For reference, assuming power consumption of your device is 30W, working time will be 296wh*0.85/30w=8.4 hrs (rough calculated).

TROUBLESHOOTING

If your device has not successfully used this product for charging, please follow the instructions below:

• Make sure that the power output port is turned on.
• Check the power display on the display. If there is only one bar left, it is recommended to charge the power supply.
• The power of the device you are using exceeds the maximum output power of the power port.
• The device cable you are using is not plugged in or is in poor contact.

SOLAR PHOTOVOLTAIC PANEL

• It can be powered by a 12V solar photovoltaic panel, which can be easily charged by plugging in the panel. Although the intensity of natural light is different from theoretical calculation, and the efficiency of solar photo voltaic panels will decrease in cloudy or windy conditions, solar photovoltaic panels can still collect effective power from sunlight.
• In the case of insufficient outdoor illumination and insufficient solar panel power, the blue light will flicker continuously. If the power is less than 1W, 0.4W and 0.8W flashes will be displayed. It will automatically recover under sunny conditions.
• It is recommended to use 50~100W, 12~18V solar charging panels. The 50W 12V solar charging panels is more stable.

EXEMPTION FROM TECHNICAL SUPPORT

The following conditions are not covered by the technical support:

• The appearance of the product is damaged after use;
• Disassembly and maintenance by non-staff without permission;
• Product performance failure caused by human factors;
• Damage caused by natural disasters, lightning, accidents, and other irresistible factors.
