T1 Setup Guide Please read before unpacking. Getting started: � Make sure to have enough space to unpack your turntable. � Always unpack and setup in a clean enviroment. � Important for warranty: Do not throw packaging away. � Setup is demonstrated with T1 Phono SB. 1 Unpack all items from accessory bag. 2 Remove dust cover carton from the box. 3 Lift the wrapped turntable out of the box. a) c) b) d) a) Connect it E (RCA cable) Detachable cable only included with T1 Phono SB & T1 BT b) Drive belt c) Stylus pressure gauge d) Adapter for 7" singles 4 Remove the protection covering. 5 Unpack the power supply. 6 Unpack the platter. 7 Put the drive belt on the pulley & sub-platter. Beware of breaking the needle! 8 Put the platter on the turntable. 9 Put the felt mat on the platter. 10 Remove tonearm twist tie. Speed Change: Small pulley 33 RPM Large pulley 45 RPM T1 Phono SB: Speed Selector 33/45 11 Connect to your hifi-system and enjoy your music! T1 Connect to any amp with integrated phono amplifier or use an external phono preamp. Pre-mounted Connect it E (RCA cable) included. Possible set: Pro-Ject Speaker Box 5 (bookshelf speaker) and Pro-Ject MaiA S2 (stereo integrated amplifier). T1 Phono SB Select Line Out to connect to an amplifier without a phono stage. Select Phono Out if you have an amplifier with a phono stage. Possible set: Pro-Ject Speaker Box 5 (bookshelf speaker) and Pro-Ject Stereo Box S2 (smallest audiophile integrated amp). T1 BT Select Line Out to connect to an amplifier without a phono stage. Select Phono Out if you have an amplifier with a phono stage.
