PEPPM 2019 Product Line Bid: Awarded Vendor Agreement

This agreement details the terms and conditions between the Central Susquehanna Intermediate Unit (Agency) and EMC Corporation, designated as the Awarded Vendor, for the PEPPM 2019 Product Line Bid. The agreement covers the provision of products and services as outlined in the Request for Bids (RFB).

EMC Corporation, with its legal address at 176 South Street, Hopkinton, Massachusetts 01748, agrees to furnish products and services in accordance with the contract. The contract commenced on January 1, 2019, and is set to end on December 31, 2021, with provisions for extension.

The agreement mandates that EMC Corporation extend its bid prices to authorized Local Education Agencies (LEAs) and Eligible Entities in Pennsylvania and other states, as specified in their bid. EMC Corporation also agrees to remit a Transaction Fee to the eCommerce Consultant as per the contract terms.
