Download ZOSI Smart App
To set up your camera, download and install the ZOSI Smart App on your smartphone. Connect your smartphone to a WiFi network, then scan the provided QR code (either on the device or this guide) using your smartphone to download and install the ZOSI Smart App. Follow the on-screen instructions within the app to complete the registration process.
Connect to Power Supply
Connect the camera's power port to a power outlet using the provided DC12V 1A power adapter. The adapter is compatible with AC100-240V power sources.

The Indicator LED on the camera provides status information:
- Solid green light: Indicates that the camera has completed its startup sequence and is ready for Wi-Fi configuration.
- Flickering green light: Signifies that the network connection has been established successfully.
When the indicator remains solid green, it means the camera is activated.
Quick Configuration
Log in to the ZOSI App on your smartphone. Scan the QR code located on the camera or on the cover of this Quick Start Guide. Follow the prompts within the app to connect the camera to your WiFi network and establish a connection to the camera.
To initiate configuration, press and hold the Reset Button for approximately 5 seconds.

Ensure the mounting surface (wall) is sufficiently thick and structurally sound to support at least three times the weight of the camera.
1. Mount the Camera
Follow these steps to mount the camera:
- Positioning: Place the Mounting Hole Template against the desired mounting surface and mark the screw hole locations.
- Prepare Surface: If mounting on drywall or concrete, install the provided plastic wall plugs into the marked holes. If mounting on a wooden wall, wall plugs are not required.
- Secure Bracket: Align the camera bracket with the prepared holes and secure it using the M3x20mm screws.
2. Adjust the Angle
Loosen the adjusting screw on the camera's mount to freely adjust the camera's angle. Once the desired angle is set (ranging from 0° to 180°), tighten the adjusting screw to secure the position.

- Q: Why can't I add a device by using local search?
A: Please ensure the device and your mobile phone are connected to the same Local Area Network (LAN). If they are not on the same LAN, you will need to manually enter the device's UID to add it. - Q: Why is the device disconnected?
A: Please check the following:- Is the device connected to the network?
- Is the router operating normally?
- Is the DHCP server on the router enabled?
- Q: Why can't I find the video recording file?
A: Please check:- Is the SD card damaged?
- Is the search period valid?
- Is the device system time set correctly?

- This warranty is valid for 12 months from the original date of purchase, as indicated on the valid purchase receipt. During the warranty period, ZOSI will repair or replace defective parts or the product free of charge if failure is caused by product quality issues under normal use.
- The warranty is void in the following situations:
- Damage caused by improper working environment or conditions.
- Damage or loss resulting from improper installation, misuse, unauthorized maintenance, modification, accidents, or force majeure events.
- Malfunctions or defects caused by the use of third-party products, software, or components.
- The product is outside the warranty period.
- The product's barcode cannot be identified or does not match.
