· Manages the creation, implementation, and maintenance of the Operations and Performance Office Strategic Plan
· Serves as the primary liaison for the Department on strategic planning, priorities, policies, and initiatives to include FHWA Risk Register, FHWA Program Reviews, State Transportation Innovation Council Facilitation, AASHTO Research and Innovation, and AASHTO Innovation Initiatives
