Pairing

Controls

All controls are performed via the multifunction button (MFB) (?) on each earbud.

ANC Modes

To switch noise-control modes, press and hold the MFB (?) on the Right (R) earbud for 2 seconds. This cycles through three modes:

Is ANC valid when using earbuds for a phone call?

Yes, Mpow X3 offers noise reduction during calls. Note that call noise reduction differs from Active Noise Cancellation (ANC), which is designed for low-frequency ambient noise.

Is ANC valid when wearing only one earbud?

No, ANC is only effective in binaural (dual earbud) mode.

Why is the noise cancelling effect not very significant?

Ensure a proper seal with the correct eartip size, twist earbuds slightly to lock them in place, and test in a noisy environment without music.

Resetting the Earbuds

To reset the Mpow X3 earbuds and clear all paired devices:

1. Turn off Bluetooth (?) on your phone or other connected devices.
2. Remove the Right (R) earbud from the charging case.
3. Press and hold the MFB (?) on the Right (R) earbud for 10 seconds. The red LED (?) will flash three times, indicating the pairing information has been successfully cleared.

Charging

The earbuds charge when placed in the case. The charging case has a Type-C charging port (?). Output: DC 5V.

LED indicators (?) show charging status:

• 0%-25%
• 25%-50%
• 50%-75%
• 75%-100%

Important: Do not place wet earbuds into the charging case.
