1. PROTECTION
N95 - Particulate Filter (95% filter efficiency level). Effective against particulate aerosols free of oil; time use restrictions may apply.
2. CAUTIONS AND LIMITATIONS
A Not for use in atmospheres containing less than 19.5% oxygen.
B Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health.
C Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards.
J Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death.
M All approved respirators shall be selected, fitted, used, and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA, and other applicable regulations.
N Never substitute, modify, add, or omit parts. Use only exact replacement parts in the configuration as specified by the manufacturer.
O Refer to User Instructions and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance of these respirators.
P NIOSH does not evaluate respirators for use as surgical masks.
USER INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Please read the instructions provided in this manual carefully. Any deviation from the instructions during times of exposure can reduce the overall effectiveness of the mask which may result in sickness or death.
2. Before occupational use of this respirator, a written respiratory protection program must be implemented meeting all the local government requirements. In the United States, employers must comply with OSHA 29 CFR 1910.134 which includes medical evaluation, training, and fit testing. 3. Leave the contaminated area immediately if you experience any sign of dizziness, irritation, or other issues.
4. When not in use, store the mask away from contaminated areas.
5. Dispose of used masks after one use. Disposal of the mask must be in accordance with all applicable regulations.
6. Do NOT attempt to modify or use the mask in ways other than instructed.
7. Do NOT use the mask with beards or facial hair as it may prevent a good facial seal.
8. Discard the respirator and replace with a new one if:
· Excessive clogging of the respirator causes breathing difficulty. · The respirator becomes damaged. 9. Do NOT use the respirator or enter or stay in a contaminated area under the following circumstances: · Atmosphere contains oil aerosols. · For protection against gases or vapors. · Contaminants or their concentrations are unknown or immediately dangerous to life or health. · For sandblasting, paint-spray operations, asbestos.

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS:
STEP 1 Unfold the mask and gently bend the nosepiece to form a modest curve.
STEP 2 Remove both headbands from the unfolded mask.
STEP 3 Cup the mask under your chin with the nosepiece facing upwards.
STEP 4 Pull both headbands over your head and rest them on your neck, under your ears.
STEP 5 Pull the top headband up over your ears and rest it on the crown of your head.
STEP 6 Firmly press down the nosepiece to conform to the shape of your nose. Adjust and secure all edges and then perform a seal check.
PERFORMING A SEAL CHECK:
It is necessary to perform a seal check on the mask every time you wear it. Cup both hands around the mask and inhale and exhale forcefully several times. If you notice any air leakage, adjust the nosepiece and headbands until the leakage is corrected. Pull the headbands back, up, or, if necessary, shorten them by knotting. Once corrected, repeat the seal check again.
WARNING The mask should not be used without a proper fit. This mask helps protect against certain contaminants. It may not eliminate the risk of contracting disease or infection. Misuse may result in sickness or death. Materials which may come into contact with the wearer's skin could cause allergic reactions to susceptible individuals.
