01 Product Manual

Included accessories:

• 3mm M2 x 16 screws
• 3.5mm+2mm M2 x 8 screws
• 5mm M3 x 18 screws
• M3 Hexagon Screwdriver x 1
• M2 Hexagon Screwdriver x 1

02 Installation

1. Remove the screws of the back cover.
2. Note: Open from the bottom to avoid damaging the cables.
3. Remove the FPC cables and RF cables, and loosen the screws.
4. Take out the PCB sets.
5. Remove the screws (3mm M2) on the PCB.
6. Remove the PCB.
7. Install the stabilizers in the PCB.
8. Assemble the PCB, silicone mute mount, and plate in order. Note: Ensure the front side (with logo) of the silicone mute mount and the plate is facing correctly.
9. Install the switches. Note: Install carefully to prevent deforming the plate or crushing the PCB. Ensure the switch pins are straight to avoid bent pins.
10. Install the PCB to the upper cover, lock the screws, and connect the cables. Note: Ensure the cable is connected to the correct side. ✔️ Correct, ❌ Incorrect.
11. Close the back cover. Note: Closing the back cover in the wrong direction could damage the cables.
12. Lock the screws from the back cover and complete the installation.

04 How to edit lighting effects

1. Enter diy.angrymiao.com to edit lighting effects and keycap layouts.
2. After finishing editing, generate the config file and download it.
3. Download the Angry Miao loader (Windows program) from diy.angrymiao.com. Keep the CYBERBOARD connected to your computer via USB.
4. Double-click to open the Angry Miao loader, select your downloaded PROFILE.json file and import it (you can also use configuration files shared by others).
5. Wait patiently until the configuration is successfully applied.

05 Anti-counterfeiting notice

Declaration

To protect your rights and shopping experience, please register for anti-counterfeiting as soon as your CYBERBOARD arrives.

Anti-counterfeiting Registration

Angry Miao is committed to providing users with high-quality products. Starting July 3, 2020, Angry Miao will provide anti-counterfeiting registration services for CYBERBOARD products. All products purchased from official channels can be registered for anti-counterfeiting.

Please note that CYBERBOARD products purchased through official channels can be registered at https://verify.angrymiao.com by entering the security code on the back of the product. Each anti-counterfeiting code is unique and can only verify the corresponding item.

If you find that the CYBERBOARD you purchased cannot be registered or the registration fails, please carefully verify the authenticity of the product.

06 After-sales service

After-sales Service Details (for Mainland China users)

Return & Exchange Notice

We conduct strict quality control for each product to ensure quality. If you encounter quality issues or shipping damage, please contact us immediately. You can apply for a return within 7 days of receipt, and for an exchange within 15 days (excluding custom products).

The following situations are not covered by the return/exchange service:

• Exceeding the specified return/exchange period.
• Man-made damage not due to product quality issues.
• Product's original packaging has been opened, affecting secondary sales.

Warranty Notice

If your product experiences a non-man-made damage failure, we provide corresponding repair services. Please provide proof of purchase and contact us within the warranty period. The warranty period starts from the date of receipt.

Cybermat: We provide a 1-year warranty for the main unit. Replacement of accessories or consumables may incur charges.

The following situations are not covered by the warranty:

• Damage caused by improper use or storage.
• Failure to provide corresponding proof of purchase.
• Products that have been privately repaired without authorization.
• Damage caused by force majeure (e.g., lightning, earthquake, fire).

1. For related products purchased through unofficial channels, Angry Miao does not provide after-sales service and does not bear the transaction risk arising therefrom.

2. Angry Miao reserves the right to interpret and amend these after-sales service terms.

Return & Refund Policy (for regions outside mainland China)

Our policy lasts 72 hours. If the time is due, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

We cannot offer a refund or exchange in the following situations:

• More than 48 hours have passed since you received the item.
• The item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error.
• Dislike due to personal preferences.

1. If you need to refund or exchange, please click Contact Us on our website and leave your message. We will contact you within 3 working days.
2. Please contact us first if you want a refund or exchange. We do not process self-returned products.
3. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging. Any missing parts may delay the refund or result in partial refunds.
4. You will be refunded after we receive and inspect the returned product. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. If there is insufficient stock for exchanges, we will inform you about the specific treatment.
