Important Safety Information
To ensure safe operation and service of the device, read and understand all instructions. Failure to follow all instructions may result in severe injury or property damage. Loss caused by wrong use of PIONEER 330 is not covered by warranty.
Charge Now
Please fully charge PIONEER 330 as soon as possible when delivered. Due to long-term transportation and storage, batteries may enter sleep mode. Plugging the PIONEER 330 into the wall for over 10 minutes will reactivate the batteries. If charging doesn't work, contact customer service at support@togopower.com.
Notice
When the AC Button is on but outlets are not in use, some watts may be shown on the LCD due to no-load discharge. It is recommended to turn off output buttons when not in use.

The PIONEER 330 features a robust design with various ports and indicators:

Button Features
Control the power station's functions with dedicated buttons:
- Power ON/OFF Button (A): Master switch to activate/deactivate DC/USB/AC buttons.
- DC Outputs Power ON/OFF Button (B): Activates/deactivates DC output ports.
- USB Outputs Power ON/OFF Button (C): Activates/deactivates USB-A and USB-C ports.
- AC Outlet Power ON/OFF Button (D): Activates/deactivates the AC outlet.
- LED Lighting & Flashlight ON/OFF Button (E): Controls the LED light and flashlight. Pressing for over 3 seconds activates SOS mode.
Wireless Charger: Press ON/OFF Button A before charging. Press NO/OFF Button to shut down the output.
LCD Features
The LCD screen provides real-time information:
- Battery Level: Displays charge percentage via bars and numerical value. Note: This value may adjust based on device draw. Recommended to charge when below 20%.
- Charging Time: Estimated remaining charging time in hours and minutes.
- Input Power: Displays the power input in watts.
- Remaining Usage Time: Estimated remaining usage time in hours and minutes based on current output.
- Output Power: Shows total output watts for DC, Cigarette Lighter, USB, and AC ports.
- Low Voltage Warning: Indicator lights up when recharge is needed.
- Temperature Indicator: Lights up if battery temperature is too low/high, stopping input/output functions until normal.

How to Charge
The PIONEER 330 can be charged via multiple sources:
- From Solar Charger (depending on solar conditions) ☀️

Recommendation: Disconnect the PIONEER 330 when fully charged.

Powering / Charging Devices
Select the type of output required by pressing the DC/USB/AC OUTPUT ON/OFF BUTTON. Output ports will not function until the appropriate button is pressed. An illuminated green indicator on the button signifies active output, and the LCD will display charging details. The LCD screen automatically shuts down when no outputs are activated. Press the ON/OFF BUTTON(s) to shut down outputs when not in use.
Pass-Through Charging
The PIONEER 330's battery management system allows charging connected devices via DC, USB, and AC outputs while the power station itself is charging.
Overload Condition
If an overload condition occurs on the OUTPUT ports, the PIONEER 330 will automatically turn off AC Outlet power. The LCD screen indicator light will remain illuminated, and DC Outputs Status will remain as usual.
To resolve: Check the input charge cable to ensure it meets specifications. Only charge the PIONEER 330 with the provided AC wall power adapter.
Operating Instructions
Charging PIONEER 330
Connect the provided AC Wall Power Adapter to the Input Port and allow the PIONEER 330 to fully charge before use. The LCD screen will illuminate and display the battery level. The PIONEER 330 is fully charged when it shows 100%. It is recommended to fully charge the PIONEER 330 every 3 months to maintain battery health.
Cleaning, Storage, Maintenance, Disposal
Cleaning
Ensure the PIONEER 330 is disconnected from all power sources and devices. Use a clean, dry, soft-lint-free cloth to wipe it down. Remove debris from side vents, ensuring it does not enter the unit. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or compressed air. Do not use metal objects to clean ports to avoid electrical shock.
Storage
If storing for more than 1 month, charge completely before storage and recharge approximately every 3 months to avoid full discharge and damage. Store indoors, in cool temperatures, mild humidity, and away from direct sunlight. Avoid extremely hot or cold temperatures, which can reduce performance and service life. Keep away from corrosion chemicals and gases. After storage, inspect for debris, especially in vents, and allow the unit to return to ambient conditions before recharging or charging other devices.
Maintenance
Recharge as needed. Avoid complete discharge regularly to preserve battery life. Periodically inspect ports and chargers for debris, dirt, damage, or corrosion. Do not attempt to fix it. Do not cover the PIONEER 330. Regularly check side vents for dirt or dust and clean as per manual procedures.
Disposal/Recycle
Do not place equipment and accessories in the trash. Dispose of items appropriately according to local regulations. ♻️
Troubleshooting
PIONEER 330 Will Not Charge or Operate Connected Devices
- Ensure DC/USB/AC output ports are activated by pressing the respective ON/OFF BUTTON(S).
- Confirm the connected device is suitable for the PIONEER 330 by reviewing output specifications.
- Confirm PIONEER 330 is charged by reviewing the Battery Level.
- Verify watt data on the LCD Screen for an overload condition.
PIONEER 330 Will Not Be Charged
- Confirm the wall plug power adapter's cord is inserted fully into the DC Input.
- Confirm that the AC wall plug power adapter is the one provided with PIONEER 330.
- If input does not comply with GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS, the Low Watt range (0-10) may be displayed.
- Charge PIONEER 330 upon receipt. Long-term storage may cause failure to start. Try charging for over ten minutes to restart. If issues persist, contact customer service.
Cautions
Transportation: PIONEER 330 complies with legal requirements for transporting dangerous goods (battery pack exceeds 100Wh). For air transport, IATA standard packaging and declarations are required.

The warnings in this manual cannot cover all possible conditions. Use the PIONEER 330 with common sense and caution, ensuring a safe and responsible manner.
- DO NOT use the PIONEER 330 over its output rating; overloads may cause fire or injury.
- DO NOT use if damaged or modified.
- DO NOT subject to vibration, impacts, or drops. Secure during transport.
- DO NOT expose to moisture, rain, or snow.
- DO NOT charge, use, or store in bathrooms or areas exposed to moisture.
- DO NOT allow children or persons with reduced capabilities to use without supervision.
- DO NOT attempt to repair; no user-serviceable components inside.
- DO NOT handle with wet hands.
- DO NOT place on its side or upside down.
- If rust, odor, overheating, or abnormal circumstances occur, stop use and contact customer service.
- Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the PIONEER 330 alone.
- The PIONEER 330 is for emergency power station use; it cannot replace standard household AC/DC power.
- Keep away from high voltage electrical fields.
- Risk of fire/burns: DO NOT open, crush, heat above 104°F (40°C), or incinerate.
- Use only recommended or sold power supplies, chargers, or cables.
- If fluid contacts skin/clothing, wash with tap water.
- Use only included accessories.

Warranty
BALDR provides a limited warranty for the original consumer purchaser for 12 months from the date of purchase, covering defects in workmanship and material. Proof of purchase is required.
