Getting Started with Your BUNN Speed Brew
This guide provides essential steps for the initial setup and operation of your BUNN Speed Brew coffee maker. Please follow these instructions carefully to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Important Safety Information
IMPORTANT: DO NOT PLUG IN COFFEEMAKER UNTIL STEP 5!
Before brewing, ensure the hot water tank is full and has reached the correct temperature.
Setup and Brewing Instructions
Slide the empty brew funnel into the funnel guides as shown.
Fill the carafe with cold water. Spin or flip the lid open and pour water into the coffeemaker. Position the carafe on the base below the brew funnel. Close the lid and wait 4 minutes while the internal tank partially fills.
Open the coffeemaker lid. Remove the carafe and fill with cold water again. Pour water into the coffeemaker. Position the carafe on the base below the brew funnel. Close the lid.
Wait until water flows from the brew funnel. If any water flows, the tank is full. Pour out water that has collected in the carafe. NOTE: It takes two full carafes to fill the internal hot water tank completely.
Plug in the coffeemaker.
To turn the coffeemaker on, press the tank power switch located on the side. Wait 15 minutes for water in the tank to heat.
Your coffeemaker is now ready to brew.
