Introduction
The D-Link DWR-930 LTE Mobile Router lets you share a fast mobile Internet connection with multiple PCs and mobile devices
wherever you go. It offers 46 LTE and 3G HSPA+ compatibility for fast downlink and uplink data rates, so you get the high-
speed upload and download speeds even when you're on the go. Set up a personal mobile network anywhere, anytime
allowing you and those around you to access the Internet, and share files.
High-Speed Mobile Internet with LTE Connectivity
The DWR-930 LTE Mobile Router gives you high-speed access to the Internet wherever you are and lets you share it on the go. Using LTE technology,
you can achieve download speeds ofup to 100 Mbps and upload speeds ofup to 50 Mbps‘tThe built-in LTE antenna provides a reliable connection to
your mobile service provider, and a separate WiThis cipher is used by the WPA standard.
AES < A newer cipher used by the WPA2 standards Use of this
cipher type is required in orderto achieve 802.11 speeds.
MIXED - A combination of both cipher types for maximum
compatibility.
Security Key: The ore-shared key is the password which clients will require
in order to connect to your network. Enter a password of
between 8 and 63 characters in length.

Client List
This page shows the current client list as well as allows you to set up MAC address filtering. The MAC filtering option allows you to allow or deny
access to wireless clients based on their MAC address.
MAC Address Select the mode for the MAC filtering feature by choosing
Filter: Disable, Allow, or Deny from the drop down box.
Client List: Enter the MAC address of the machine or station which you _
wish to filter.

WPS
Wi-Fi Protected Setup (WPS) enables you to quickly and securely add compatible devices to your wireless network.
PBC: Click Start PBC to begin the Wi-Fi Protected Setup feature.
PIN: Check the box to enable PIN protection for use with the Wi-Fi
Protected Setup feature.
PIN Code: A PIN is a unique number that can be used to add the router
to an existing network or to create a new network, "I ”W”

For extra security, a new PIN can be generated. Click
Generate to create a new PIN. The current PIN will be shown
in the field next to Current PIN. This PIN can be used by
wireless clients to join your network using the PIN method.
WPS Status: Check the box to enable the Wi-Fi Protected Status. The
current status of the WPS feature will be shown in the Status
field below.
Click Apply to save and continue.

Wi-Fi Sharing
Wi—Fi Sharing allows you to setup additional SSID's with the DWR—930 to allow multiple clients to connect to share an Internet connection or provide
access to the built»in microSD storage.
Enable Check this box to enable the Wi»Fi Sharing Feature.

Network If you wish to change yourwireless network name (SSID), enter a
Name: new name in the field provided. If you change the SSID, you may
need to re-connect to the router using the new SSID before you
can access your network or the configuration utility. _
Broadcast This option allows you to hide yourwireless network When this 5.4.... m... a...» .
Network Name option is checked, yourwireless network name is broadcasted
(SSID): to anyone within the range of your signal. Ifyou are not using
encryption then they could connect to your network
Security Mode: You Will need to choose one of the following options; Disable,
WPA—PSK(TKIP), WPAvPSKlAES), WPAZ—PSK(TKIP), WPAZ—
PSKIAES), WPA-PSK-MIXED. Please refer to”Wi-Fi Protected
Access (WPA)”on page 28 to learn more about these options.
Security Key: Choose a password for your wireless security, Clients will need
this password in order to access your network wirelessly. If you
are currently connected to the router using Wi—Fi, you will need
to reconnect to the router using your new password once the
wizard has been completed.

The Port Range Forward tab allows you to configure the DWR-930 firewall settings and allow certain applications to be forwarded from the internal
network, to the Internet,
Add: Click Add to add a new forwarding rule.
IP Address: Enter IP address to be forwarded.
Protocol: Select the protocol for the IP fonNard.

DMZ
Sometimes you may want a computer exposed to the outside world for certain types ofapplications. If you choose to expose a computer, you can
enable DMZ. DMZ is short for Demilitarized Zone. This option will expose the chosen computer completely to the outside world

you can expose one computer to the Internet and run the
application on that computer:
Note: Placing a computer in the DMZ may expose that
computer to a variety of security risks. Use of this option is
only recommended as a last resort.
Specify the IP address of the computer on the LAN that you
want to have unrestricted Internet communication. If this
computer obtains its IP address automatically using DHCP,
be sure to make a static reservation on the Setup > Network
Settings page so that the IP address of the DMZ machine
does not change.
Click Save Settings to save your changes, or click Don't Save
Settings to discard your changes.

Newer devices that are network enabled may come with the ability to connect to the Internet using Universal Plug and Play (UPnPW) feature. This
page allows you to enable or disable the UPnP feature of the DWR»930.

Access From WAN
The DWR-930 can allow remote administration via the internet if needed. For security purposes this feature is not enabled.
Access Web Check this box to enable external remote access to
Server From the administration page of the DWR-930. It is highly

The DWR-930 can filter certain IP address and ports. I? Filtering will help to protect your network from outside intrusions and malicious attacks.
