The LEEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor is poowered by CR123A batttery with 2 yyears battery life. The LEEEDARSON Water Leak “alarm” ca n be sent to t ZigBee network devvices or to any compatible alarm syystem hub. The LEEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor is designed to be moun nted on thee wall with sensor pro obes extendeed by conneected wire. The LEEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor has a built‐in LEED indicator and an accoustic alarm m, notifyingg the user of:: o Water leak o Operating mode o ZigBee netw work comm munication rrange o OTA The LEEEDARSON Water Leak Sensor has a built‐in ZiggBee hub ra ange tester. The LEEEDARSON Water Leak has a tem perature de etection function and the variatiion informaation can be ssent to ZigB Bee networkk. This will caause a LED indicator too flash once e per second d for 3 minu utes. ③ Tap “A Add device”” in the LEED DARSON LD DS App. The LDS App will search foor the device e. ④ The LED indicato or will turn n off with a “beeper”” sound to confirm a successful inclusion and feedbaack to ZigBeee network devices. ⑤ Click the red buttton once to cancel the pairing process. Once the seensor detectts leak wate er, the LED Indicator flashes and a “beeper”” sounds on nce per second. The alarm sign nal will be sent to gatteway oncee per 5minu uts. During alarming sstatus, userr can mutee the buzzer by APP control. If still detects leakage afteer 10minutes, the dete ector will alaarm again to t warn users. The alarm will be canceled d if meet the situation as below. ① Treatm ment for thee water leakk. ② User p press mute status by APP. ③ Press tthe button ④ Powerr off Abo out alarmingg, there aree four kind settings can be chosen by user in APP. 0 Buzzer m mute, LED off 1 Buzzer m mute, LED fllashes 2 Buzzer rring, LED offf 3 Buzzer rring, LED flashes (Defau ult setting) 4. Te emperaturee detection capability: the variatioon information can be sent to ZigBBee networkk. 5. How H to resett a Water Leeak Sensor Rese et procedurre deletes memory, inccluding all innformation on the ZigB Bee networkk and the hub. Watter Leak Sen nsor’s Resett Procedure e: ① Makee sure the seensor is pow wered. ② Press and hold the t red button at thee bottom of o the senso or for 3 seeconds until two “beeper” sounds then release the t red button. 5. The batteryy voltage will w be down n during usaage processs. When the e battery vooltage is in low status,, the detector will give out low l batteryy signal to gaateway. 8. Note 1. Replace thee battery tim mely on low w battery waarning to en nsure the de etector worrks properlyy. 2. Do not sto ore any oth her subjectss on the suurface of detector, as this may aaffect the detector works properly. 3. Clean the surface with h soft towel regularly. 4.
