Pull to extend the Zipconnect cable the desired length and connect the plug to the head phone jack at your audio device or MP3 player. Slide the power switch to "Zipconnect." WARNING: DO NOT connect the RCA plugs to a speaker output on the audio source, Using the speaker output of an audio source to connect the transmitter, could permanently damage the transmitter. It is designed to work with RCA-type line/variable outputs on ly, Jl @ lL Connecting the Speakers and Subwoofer | Plug the speakers into the speaker jacks at the rear of the subwoofer unit. Plug the subwoofer power cord into a standard wall outlet. Press POWER to switch the subwoofer on. The blue power LED will light to indicate that the subwoofer has power. @ Tuning the subwoofer (first time) |@ Turn the audio source on and make sure that it is playing. Turn the transmitter on. Turn the subwoofer on. Press and hold the AUTO TUNE button until the audio source can be clearly heard and the reception is clear. Jl lL l Volume Control Options Use the v olume knob on the tranmlrter to control overall volume and on the subwoolei to control the bass intensity. lt is possible to lower the transmitter volume and use only the controls for the audio device connemed to the speaker system. This is partlcularly uselul for devices with remote controls. Additional Information @ @ If lherc is no sound coming from the system: Confirm that the transmltter, speakers and woofer are swltt‘hed on, (The power indicator light should be lit.) Check that the audio source (stereo, TV, etc.) lS turned on and providing sound as it normally should Check that the audio source, transmitter, woofer and speaker volume are turned up. Confirm that the RCA plugs are correctly connected to the audio out jacks on the source. Tl @ lT © Sp ker Mounts Mounting brackets are included for use with the speakers. Unscrew and remove the table stand brackets from the back of the speakers. Secure the wall brackets to the wall. (It is important that the bracket screws be affixed to a stud in the wall or that proper mounting hardware is purchased and used to secure the brackets and speakers) Cover the screws (if desired}- using the plastic covers provrded in the package. Attach the speakers to the wall mount. The subwooter cannot be wall mounted and should be placed on the floor or very low in the same room as the speakers.
