Our Sorvall RC3BP Plus centrifuge works
with the Thermogenesis APX system from
Thermogenesis company to automatically
separate cord blood into a freezing bag, for
the mononuclear cell product, an erythrocyte
bag and an excess plasma bag.
Buffy coat protocols can be optimized using
the step-run mode, which automatically
increments run speed in pre-programmed
stages.
The Sorvall RC3BP Plus supports
the 6 x 1 L H-6000A rotor and a full
set of adapters for the Nalgene®
1-liter bottle, making it the perfect
solution for large-batch
bioprocessing applications in
